My kids and their spouses requested that I not leave a positive review because they loved the place and don't want anyone else to know about it. FYI, 3 weeks prior for my son's graduation, I rented rooms at Embassy Suites in Bellevue including a Presidential Suite, They thought it was nice but next stay they would prefer to stay at this property. My son lives is Capital Hill area of Seattle. Of note, it is Seattle so visitor parking is difficult but that was expected. The unit was well furbished, clean, and close to many attractions in Seattle. I regularly stay at units 3X the price (FL beach front) and the kitchen better furnished than any I've stayed in. It made cooking for the family a breeze. In the end, my family felt very comfortable at this unit as it mostly felt like being at home. We found neighborhood very friendly. Walking the dog it was clear, people there happy to chat a bit (and clearly dog lovers). If stairs are an issue, this place might not for you. At my age, I was happy to stay on 2nd floor with it's own bathroom. Daughter and her husband stayed on 3rd floor. If I had to come up with any negative, the instructions provided were clear in unlocking the unit but the kids had to google how to lock it when we left. The way to lock the deadbolt is to press and hold the # sign on the keypad. Picky but that is the worst I can come up with.
