The property itself was beautiful and we had a bay side view room. Staff were always courteous and kind and room was immaculate and clean. The lobby always had water and coffee earlier in the morning. Now for the parts that weren’t so great. Expedia has an option to add extras and include breakfast but doesn’t itemize and tag it on to the nightly rate. We made the mistake of doing this and neither Expedia nor the hotel honored this which was very disappointing. Also there is a daily resort fee and on top of it what I would consider an exorbitant valet fee of 58 dollars per night plus taxes. Overall a beautiful place, just be ready to pay for it!

We had a wonderful night in Seattle until we got back to the hotel. I waited 35 minutes at midnight for someone to park my car, there is no option to self park.

The ADA room was the best designed and thought out room for a wheelchair I've stayed in for a long time. ADA room should be closer to the elevator though, carpeted hallway can be a challenge

Beautiful waterfront! Walkable to many shops and restaurants, including Pike Place Market, and the original Starbucks! There was some road/sidewalk work going on under our balcony that caused some noise, but hopefully they will be done sometime soon? Staff was very friendly and helpful.
