On My Last Night, Once We arrived at the Room we came to find out it was filled with cockroach’s! I have various videos,, showing MULTIPLE TIMES that there was Cockroaches over the room,, Like kitchen, Bathroom, and even in the refrigerator, we had to get rid of the food we had got and none of it was finished that’s more money down the drain,, We didn’t get another room tell 12-1 am and even worst they put us two rooms to the left of the previous room, I don’t think that made a difference to be honest but being our last night we didn’t have a choice,, we had to gts very late and we had a long drive in the morning,, is there some sort of refund I can get or maybe one complimentary night? It was honestly very nerve racking and disgusting, we had goosebumps and bad vibes pretty much the rest of the night & didn’t get good rest,, I WANT TO MAKE IT CLEAR THE STAFF WAS NOT A PROBLEM THEY WERE GREAT AND HELPED THE ENTIRE TIME, But the cockroaches not so great!

Nice, quiet comfortable and clean. Dislike having to pay a deposit for each night though. They hold a deposit and when you extend they take another deposit before releasing the last one. So far they have $150 in deposits held from my account. That's one drawback.

Where to begin? All our other stays here have been amazing. This time not so much. Our first room’s door did not close all the way and the faucet in the kitchen was so loose it almost came all the way off. When I went to ask for a new room the attending desk clerk was on her way out but she was argumentative and trying to gaslight me while the gentleman was doing a phenomenal job of trying to find me a new room. The new room smelled like marijuana, the bathroom fan didn’t work, there was very little hot water. You get what you pay for, I know, I know! Unfortunately, this will be our last stay at this location.
