The communication with the property manager was excellent and prompt. The home is very clean, nicely decorated, and in good condition, The pool and caged patio area is fantastic! It's a nice size pool to do laps in and just float in also. There were a couple inner tubes to float in, I bought a couple pool noodles to enjoy and left them there for others to use. The landscaping is lovely to look upon and it's very private which I appreciate. Very relaxing. We were down there for a memorial celebration so we were often gone to visit with the family. We did no cooking at the property, but we enjoyed every minute that we did get to stay on site. I would highly recommend this property and if ever in the immediate area I would want to stay in this home again!

Comfortable Home, Quiet Neighborhood

We spent 2 weeks here and liked everything about it. It was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the privacy of the backyard. It was a good location for all the things we wanted to do ... golf, beach, dining. We took advantage of the lap pool at the Aquatic Center,which is only a short drive from the house. Eddie is extremely responsive and helpful. We would rent this property again.

Large, Lush Property

The home was very roomy and very well appointed. Location is close to shopping and restaurants. Perfect for our family. I’ve worked with Eddie, the property manager, for numerous stays in Sebastian. He is extremely helpful, friendly, accommodating and responsive. I will definitely reach out to him for our next stay.

Great house for family

I can’t say enough positives - plenty of room for 5 adults a 9 mo old and 2 doggos! The pool was great and heated swimming on Xmas day 5 stars . Kitchen was big with plenty of pots pan utensils etc etc made our holiday dinner easy to prepare and we dined under the lanai with the pool fountain providing a relaxing background . I’ve rented 4 houses on vrbo in Sebastian the last few years and Eddie Nero has always been the property mgr - why? He’s the best friendly professional and quickly returns answers to our question. So next year we will again look for properties that he manages - great service !!!!

Great holiday home

We stayed for 9 nights at the end of November, begining of December so some warm days and cool evenings. Great home to stay in, very clean with everything you need for your stay & it all worked. Beds comfortable, air con & heating great, good & clean bbq. Pool fabulous & warm when needed. The location is residential & quiet, convient for everything. This place is just as described. Highlight: Eddie our host, fantastic, from booking until we left, nothing too much trouble & always positive & happy in his approach.

The home was clean, comfortable, and convenient to downtown restaurants and to grocery stores. The pool was sparkling and just the right temperature. There was plenty of room for us to move around or to relax on our own. The property was lovely. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.

We had a great stay! The property manager was communicative and helpful. No issues whatsoever on that end. The property was in a great neighborhood and we got to the beach easily. Lots of great food options!! The pool was amazing and the property was clean. Would give five stars but for the few below listed needed fixes. Only a few complaints: the master bedroom mattress was a bit worn and my wife complained of back pain, so I got that side and felt her complaint.The hot water never really got hot. One of the hinges on the outside screen door was broken.

Wonderful week in Sebastian

Our family, my wife, son daughter and their spouses, spent a week in Sebastian to visit my folks and a family reunion. This was the perfect location. 5 blocks from my folks, 10 minutes to the river walk area and restaurants, just over 15 minutes to Golden Sands beach. near stores, etc. Very good location to get anywhere. House was better than expected! Pool area was the highlight! It is gorgeous. We spent time out there from the moments we woke up through eh end of the day. Breakfast outside, then a dip in the pool and when we came back in the evening, another soak in the pool. Landscaping is great! You can not see houses next to you or behind. A fantastic job with different plants, so nice and added to the relaxation. There were many floaties in the garage and 4 chairs we could take to the beach and a solid beach umbrella as well as a variety of coolers. 7-8 beach towels also available. Nice large kitchen and plenty of countertop for food prep and serving. They had plenty of cleaning supplies, toilet paper and garbage bags, but make sure you bring bar soap, shampoo, etc. Great house for 3 couples!

Beautiful Peaceful Quiet

This home is absolutely beautiful. The perfect get away for us. Neighborhood is quiet with barely any thru traffic. Overall, very nice. Definitely will return. AC was super cold. 👍 nice size pool. Management was very friendly. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Quiet and relaxing

Sebastian is such an awesome town. We have visited here many times before we don’t live very far. We’re from Jacksonville, Florida. The beaches and the restaurants are just awesome. We have stayed in many VRBO’s, and I will have to say that this is the second most cleanliest property we have ever stayed in. The layout of this home is perfect. The decor is not overwhelming. It’s very well decorated And very comfortable. The pool and all the plants and palm trees are beautiful in the backyard. My husband took so many photos. Very close to Publix, Winn-Dixie and Walgreens. Eddie was amazing the perfect host. He answered all of our questions and he was always there if we ever needed him. We definitely want to return in the fall. We highly recommend this beautiful home. Thanks again, Eddie! 😃
