Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and laundry detergent.

The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and spa towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Hot Tub is professional maintained and cleaned twice weekly. We recommend showering prior to usage. A $150 fee is applied for cleanings that require the hot tub to drained and refilled.

You understand that swimming and use of Spa/Hot tub/Jacuzzi is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and use of Spa. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and the use of a hot tub may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person with health risks, or if a person swims/uses the hot tub, while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. Amazing Property!

This property was amazing! Every room had a great view and each bedroom was luxurious. Location was excellent: walking distance to a trailhead and close to restaurants and shops. Communication with property manager was great. We enjoyed our stay there and will be back! PS: The shower water pressure was amazing!!!

We could not have been happier in this beautiful home! Super clean, amazing views, comfortable beds, equipped with the same amenities as a 5-star hotel, and decorated with impressive local art (artist info included). Location, Views and Comfort - All superb!

This magical home was the perfect place for our family and friends to gather, relax and fully appreciate the incredible beauty of Sedona. Our first week we enjoyed time with family who ate up the biking trails. With not one but three master suites it was perfect for our plans the second week when two couples joined us. We all loved just walking out the door and making our way to the hiking trails up the road about 3/4 mile. From the three master suites to the rooftop deck to the comfortable living area, and views from every window it’s hard not to go on and on about all the ways this home met or exceeded expectations. The water pressure and filtered drinking water was great. Many of the consumables, like coffee filters, spices, dishwasher and laundry detergents were conveniently supplied. It is indeed better than advertised. From beginning to end, Jerry, our host, and his staff were simply the best! Sure hope we find our way back one day soon.

Beautiful Comfortable Home

This is the second time our group of six has rented this property. The three master bedrooms works great for our privacy while there is a lot of shared area to hang out in. We took advantage of the top deck to see seven planets align in the dark sky. I expect we will be back next year.

CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND CONVIENENT TO DOWNTOWN

This home was a perfect stay for our vacation. It was super comfortable, very clean (and I'm picky), owner was very responsive. The only problem we had was the dishwasher was not working. We found the home to have all the conveniences that we needed, super close to down town to all the shopping. I'd definitely go back.

I previously stayed at this property with two friends and enjoyed it enough to return with my husband. The house is nested in an area with nice red rock views and has great amenities. Everything is well-kept and clean - with supplies for just about anything you can think of. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a day of hiking! It is convenient for walking to nearby restaurants and shops. The owner was very responsive and gave easy instructions for easy check in/out!

Amazing!

This property is perfect! It is so close to downtown, easy to get to, so comfortable, private and the views.....incredible! Each room has a comfy king and private bath and balcony with an incredible view. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening after long hikes and loved looking up at so many stars. The beds were comfy and the house is beautiful and well played out. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Sedona Home

Our National Parks adventure

We arrived at our hillside villa rental on Friday, at the end of a strenuous week of touring Utah and Arizona. What a delightful place to unwind for a few days before headed back home. The best features of this property are the LOCATION and the BEAUTIFUL VIEWS of the red rocks from the deck. Home is actually better than described, with all the comforts of an upscale home and then some (high end plumbing and lighting features) We followed thru with the dining recommendations of our property manager and were not disappointed. close to grocery options . We enjoyed being so close to town to walk down for lunch, yet peacefully quiet at home. We did not use the fire pit or hot tub during our stay, but the ambiance was lovely, especially the outdoor showers. Would highly recommend.

Amazing location and views

We had 3 couples on our trip and the 3 master en suites were perfect for our group. We decided to stay in one night, cook and enjoy the home and views. The kitchen is well equipped. It was nice to spices in the cabinet so you did not have to run out and purchase. The hot tub is also wonderful and a perfect place to see the stars. The location is away from the noisy traffic but town is only a 5 minutes walk. It was a perfect stay.

Mother's Day Stay

My daughters and I had a wonderful time at Hillside Villa! It was absolutely beautiful and the views were amazing! With three primary bedrooms including en suites, we each enjoyed our time alone as well! The home is stocked with everything needed to make your stay enjoyable. It also includes the basic home needs (ie., laundry and dish detergent, paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags)! We had a wonderful time in uptown Sedona visiting the shops and eating at some of the local restaurants. The Chapel of the Holy Cross was so powerful and emotional too! Jerry's property did not disappoint! We will definitely be back in the future!!

Absolutely knock-your-socks-off perfect stay in Sedona!

This villa was absolutely perfect for our girlfriends' getaway in Sedona. I would give it 10 stars if I could! The location in Uptown is ideal - both scenic trails and shopping are an easy walk away. The villa is beautifully decorated, spacious, very well appointed, and spotlessly clean. We loved having multiple indoor and outdoor spaces where we could relax and enjoy the spectacular view. It's in a dark sky community, and the nighttime stargazing was spectacular, too. It was a joy to use the kitchen, with its high-end cookware and dinnerware. With every bedroom having its own en suite bathroom - complete with spa amenities - we all felt very pampered. And our host, Jerry, was wonderful - he was responsive and helpful about the property, and very informed and connected in the local community. I can honestly say this was our favorite girlfriends' getaway ever, and the best rental experience I have ever had. We fervently hope to return here again for a longer stay. We might even let our husbands tag along!
