An excellent location for any hiker! Being across the street from the Sugarloaf Trailhead was a major plus as well as the comfy beds.
The kitchen worked well for all nine of us. It was missing some usual amenities which are described in my review.
One can hike many different trails right from the house!

This was an ideal location for our girls' reunion weekend. Tucked away in a neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of Sedona, it is located directly across from miles of hiking trails. Absolutely perfect!The house was a good size and the 3 main bedrooms had comfortable king-sized beds. The living space had enough and well-positioned seating. The downstairs had bunk beds with full-sized bottoms which worked well for us.We didn't use the hot tub because of the rainy weekend. There was ample parking for a couple of cars, too.We would definitely rent this house again if we were to return to Sedonda.

Absolutely loved our stay. The place was spacious enough for our two families and dog. Location was excellent, with beautiful hiking starting at the trailhead across the street. HelloUpon entering the house on Friday afternoon we were greeted by a huge ant infestation. They were all over the kitchen counters, along the baseboards of the kitchen floors and right into the living and dining room as well as the laundry room and bathrooms! Maintenance came to spray and housekeeping came to vacuum the next morning but the entire time we were there we were battling ants! Aside from that the house was beautiful and the location superb.

Love our Vacay

Our family of 9 enjoyed this home! It was close to the trailhead, and in West Sedona; perfect for all shopping and enjoying restaurants close by!Bedrooms were spacious and our 4 preteen grandkids loved their own space downstairs with a futon, comfy double bunks and big screen TV with cable!

Best home rental experience

This property was beautiful. We were there to host our young ladies to experience a week of running the Sedona trails and this location did not disappoint. With many trails in the backyard, and others a short drive away, we were very pleased. Check in was easy. House was clean and as pictured in photos. Cooking supplies for the kitchen had everything we need. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were beautiful too. Would love to stay again if the opportunity presented itself.

Excellent area and access

This property was in a great area of Sedona with little amouny of neighbors around. In front of the property was a trailhead and even though there was a parking lot for the trailhead accross the street, there was plenty of landscape to block the cars and still allow you to have a view.

Magic

I mean………Sugarloaf Dream felt like an actual dream. The house is amazing and the views are stunning. Three adult couples shared the home and had more than enough room with 3 full bathrooms. We had anticipated some kiddos joining us but plans changed so we didn’t use the downstairs which had four full bunk beds, couch, bean bags, and TV so imagine it would have been a teenagers oasis. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils/serve-ware and used the outdoor grill. Let’s talk about the hiking. Literally right across the street out the front door. You can go for miles, catch a sunset, and sunrise. There is a trail head right across the street which is busy but quiet and the City does a great job of limiting and monitoring parking. Everyone that passed by us was friendly and polite, even a little jealous when they saw us lounging on the front patio taking in the scenery.I forgot to mention the hot tub which was great to relax in after a hike up to the Seven Sacred Pools and Caves on Soldiers Pass. We also brought our fur baby and she enjoyed watching the comings and goings and catching the sunbeams with us. The management team was communicative, responsive, and offered early check-in and check-out that happened to be available, (for a fee) and was totally worth it. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to have this amazing adventure with our family and are already planning a girls trip back!

Perfect weekend

We celebrated three birthdays within our family and had a perfect weekend at this home. The views are spectacular and the home is so inviting. There were 12 of us: 8 adults and 4 kids. The kitchen had everything that we needed to make a big breakfast and bbq steaks for dinner. The hot tub was working but we just didn’t have time to use it. The beds were so comfortable and the showers were very nice. The basement downstairs is perfect for a group of kids to hang out and play while the grown ups enjoy the views from the front patio. The hiking just across the street is another plus and the smaller kids were able to participate for most of the way also. Again, the views are spectacular. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls Gone Mild

We had the best time for our friends birthday. Being across the street from the train head was beautiful! We got to take a little hike every morning. Hot tub, mimosas, coffee, fire pit, all the things that made for a relaxing weekend with friends!The basement doesn't have heat, but the little space heater and extra blankets made it very comfortable!Super accessible to everything Sedona! Can't wait to go back!!
