1 towels, hand towels, washcloths were as if you are in motel 2 passed up cleaning our room on 2nd day including towel service due to a misunderstanding by the maid. Had to go get more towels from front desk 3 Door stuck badly to open or close. 4 website said “pet friendly” but failed to say daily rate 5 breakfast area clean, well tended to and stocked 6 Hearing people upstairs walking back and forth at 5 in morning or 9:30 at night…annoying

I liked the water dispenser and cookies in the front lobby, liked the charm of the lobby including the tile, the room was great-very clean, no bad odors, the bathroom sink area lighting was fancy and modern, liked the hand soap on the wall by the sink. The only thing that didn’t look great in the room was the condition of the bathroom door - there is a small area down near the door hinges where some of the brown coloring of the door is missing. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean. I would recommend this to travelers. Not so much.The Italian food that is offered.I had the kids played Alfredo alfredo.Was a little dry. My guy had a clam sauce with fettuccine not so great the staff comptest us and was very friendly about it. Yes I would recommend the stay here at lux verde hotel.

I liked the above. Friendly, great breakfast variety. I wasn’t spending a lot of time in the room on vacation, so the following were not big deals, just little things that could be improved: Room had a funny smell. Bought a couple air fresheners. The safe in the room wasn’t working. The air conditioner worked, but rattled a lot. Pillows were flat and hard. Not typical hotel pillows. (Personal preference) I didn’t bring these things to management’s attention because I knew the King rooms were booked and I wouldn’t have been able to switch rooms. Still, all in all, the hotel was very good for my purposes and was a good value compared to a lot of other hotels in the area. I would stay there again.

The property has lots of parking. They provide room cleaning service everyday. The staff was very friendly, especially the kitchen staff. One of the lightbulbs in the room was not working and the response was quick and it was taken care of promptly.

Overall the stay and the property was fine. The rumors nice the bed was very comfortable. It would be nice to have a handheld shower. And the pool could be a little bit more kept up

Great place to stay. Probably the quietest place we have ever stayed at. We were packing up and one of the staff came over and helped us with our luggage. We will definitely stay there again when visiting family in Cottonwood.

Not a hotel…despite the name. It is a large motel. Very misleading…however very clean, in good shape, nice rooms, nice pool, acceptable breakfast but not a hotel. If you name your burro “Bob Horse” it’s still a burro…same concept here…

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was average, but not as nice as the pictures. The bed and furniture were dated and worn. Our neighbors had "friends" over for a late night card game. Breakfast was above average due to the attentive and kind staff. Just the standard fare - waffles, yogurt, cereal, fruit, powdered eggs and sausage, etc.

Cool find in Cottonwood

Really liked this hotel. Very nice, full, free breakfast. Cookies provided at night. Very nice Italian restaurant on the property with excellent food and prices. Air conditioner was very quiet. In room Amenities were very nice. Only thing that could be improved is the pillows. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were not very plush. Would definitely stay here again. Nice pool and spa. Nice padded chaise lounges by the pool.
