This hotel is beautiful and charming. It also has an excellent restaurant/bar in the lobby. We prefer to stay in historic hotels rather than new ones when we can, to get a better feel for the history of a place. The only caution is you do have to go up a staircase to get to your room. We can still do that, and it's worth the climb.
Mike was wonderful. We ate dinner and breakfast the next day. Our server, Mary, was on top of her game (this coming from former servers) Best food in Jerome. We stayed in the Victorian Rose room and slept well with no activity.
2nd time staying here. Decided to try the Penthouse abive the Haunted Hamburger. What an incredible room/suite. View frim the balcony was amazing. Living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms. Great fir groups/families. Definitely worth it and looking forward to staying here again in the future.
We love Jerome and stayed here on a quick stopover. It was perfect to just get there and have a room upstairs from the restaurant, where we had a lovely dinner and then breakfast before check out. The fellow bartender (didnât get his name!) and server (Champion) during evening service were exceptionally great.
What a beautiful, unique property! The food at the restaurant was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was immaculate. Also, you can't beat the location if you want to explore historic, quirky Jerome!
Wonderful stay here & will definitely return. Victorian Rose room was very cute, roomy and perfect view of the town out the window. Unfortunately, we only stayed 1 night, but would have loved to stay longer. Exceptional service & food in the restaurant just below the hotel. Make sure to make reservations in advanced as they tend to get pretty busy.
