This brand new home in quaint Uptown Sedona has the same charm and comforts of the Peach Tree Inn, right next door. With views to enjoy from the front porch you won't be disappointed in the location of this home! The floor plan allows for relaxation and has all of the amenities guests will need for a wonderful stay. All of the furnishings are new and were selected with a guest perspective in mind. The bedrooms have queen beds and enough room for guests to make the house their own. Each room has a desk for charging phones and computers, or a place to get some work done. The rooms have TV's, so guests can relax in bed and watch a movie. There are two full bathrooms that each have a spacious shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking any meal you might want to plan and enjoy with a large dining table. There's a large inviting great room with plenty of space for all guests to be comfortable. A TV and a comfy sectional couch, and additional chairs, are all available for your lounging and relaxation.

We loved this house! The house was very clean, and had everything we needed. The location was also the best! We had some of our best meals all just around the corner of the house. (Elote and Wildcraft Kitchen are a must!)We had some issues at check-in (completely my fault) as we went to the wrong house, which was just next door. Genna was very responsive and friendly, and walked me through where we needed to be. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to the Sedona area.

The Apple Tree home was just perfect for our stay in Sedona. It is new, beautiful and sparkling clean. We had everything we needed to cook a few meals while there. Location is so close to Uptown that we could walk to all shopping and many restaurants, without worrying about parking. An added bonus was the tiny but mighty hairdryer…I’ve already ordered one for traveling. Wonderful home in a beautiful area!!!

Location is great - very walkable to a number of shops and restaurants and great views from the front porch. Easy checkin, kitchen had everything we needed, everything was super clean (and loved the little touches), laundry, A/C, TVs, and internet worked great. Parking lot next door can sometimes be a bit loud but quiets down after 10 so was never a problem. We'd absolutely stay here again

I would like to say, Gennas home is absolutely beautiful with every detail to make you feel welcomed and at home. The place is in a great location, walking distance to food and coffee shops and shopping. From the kitchen to the cozy living room to the bedrooms everything you needed was provided. The entire house inside and out was extremely clean. If we make it back to Sedona we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for a smooth stay during our holiday.

Just great. We would have appreciated a printed page on how to use tv. It was not at all like we have. About the 4th day we figured it out. Also we got there in the pitch black and would have been nice to see 391 above B and also a light on. We would definitely stay there again. The owner was just wonderful.
