Great service and very clean. Nice pool and park area. Good breakfast options. Although expect to pay extra on top of the included continental. Did have some noise issues the first night. But the hotel was able to move us no problem.

the rooms was nice and clean. Staff was great at the front desk. Very helpful for questions about the area. Breakfast was not good. I ordered a cup of fruit and hashbrowns. It was not fresh and tasted like fruit had been sitting for a while. I was not able to have a free breakfast because it was not vegan. Food service was very slow too. I would not stay again because of the breakfast options they now offer and the stairs to our room were difficult with luggage.

Room for $550 with the cold breakfast basket for free and the rest you had to pay for $18-$20! Disappointed. Let’s start with horrible, weird and not polite staff at the hotel. Our room was okay, one of the beds was sliding on the floor and my mom couldn’t sleep, she felt like she was going to fall. It was very hot, old outdated AC is super loud and when it would turn on it’s loud and impossible to sleep, when it stops it gets hot, no fans or airflow. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. Since we read reviews about great breakfast we were looking forward to it. First you have to wait in line to be seated. The service is slow. There was NO coffee or hot tea for people to comfort them. For $550 a night I had to stand like a peasant in line, with a 3 year old child, and wait for one girl to let me seat ( there were plenty of table available). Then we were informed that free breakfast is cold basket with croissant, banana, yougurt and a juice or coffee. My child didnt get an oatmeal or an egg, just cold fast food. The coffee was so bad and almost cold I couldn’t take another sip. Like a donkey piss. Of course you can buy latte for $6, or breakfast burrito for $15-18. Are you nuts? This is pieces of high end resort. If your rooms are so expensive and you position yourself upper middle class hotel, then spear a dollar and place FREE hot coffee and tea pods for people who woke up and wants to have a sip of something warm! The staff was rude, girl rolled her eyes and was annoyed

The location, staff and food were great, the dog park was a plus for our two city dogs who rarely get to run around. After three weeks of traveling this was our final destination before the airport. It was truly our best stop, we could have enjoyed a few more day of rest at Modern Mountain Sedona.

Room was clean and bed was good. We did not like having a kitchen/bathroom sink combo. Didn’t feel sanitary. Included breakfast was mediocre but the purchased breakfast was good. Staff in the restaurant were not very attentive.
