Beautiful downtown resort condos. Spacious, well appointed rooms, full of amenities. It really felt like coming home. Really convenient location, with plenty of retail and restaurants, nearby as well as nature spots surrounded by the majestic beauty of Sedona's red rock buttes. Beautiful pools and hot tubs.

Our accommodations were huge and a great value! It was nice that we were able to have a separate space upstairs with a giant bathtub where we could close the door for privacy while our 7 year old slept downstairs on the pull out sofa. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub. We got in late and that was a bit tricky, no one answered when we called the phone, they weren’t very friendly or helpful and didn’t tell us how to find our room so we had trouble with that because of the parking and layout. Other than that it was great!

Poor management coupled with neglected maintenance means a bad stay. Arrived to be given a room with a broken oven, very leaking kitchen faucet, and screen door completely off rails, leaning against the window. Contacted front desk/mgt. and told to wait until the next day. Asked if repaired and the reply was all fixed, 'go see for yourself' is the front desk quote, when we returned from our hiking day. Nothing was. Eventually moved rooms. Offered nothing more then an apology for the hassle. Place was big- 1bdr suite. But, no view. One jacuzzi greenish, in another the jets were broken. We stopped going. Still receiving texts about signing up for their timeshare days after check out. Overall a dent on an otherwise great 4 days in Sedona.

The room and hotel was fabulous-big refrigerator, coffee percolator for hot tea and other beverages appreciated. Extremely comfortable bed, extra sheets, blankets and pillows in the room so convenient. I loved the private patio space to sit in the mornings outside. No weird smells. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our four night stay at this West Sedona accommodation. Our 1 bedroom unit was very spacious with a nicely equipped full kitchen. We also enjoyed having a gas fireplace and outdoor patio. The resort was quiet and we enjoyed an evening soak in one of the spas/hot tubs. We did not get a chance to use the indoor pool or gym at the sister resort, but those are nice to have available for guests. Well done!
