They really need to staff the Lodge so guests don’t have to go up to the hotel to check in and out, that’s pretty inconvenient A few upgrades would be nice, otherwise the room was clean, bathroom was clean but you can tell the place is older

Great get away

We just had a one night get away. The Lodge was comfortable and clean. You have to go up the hill and check in at the casino but that is not a problem.

I was expecting to have a room at the casino as it was advertised as a casino and lodge. I didn’t realize that the room was going to be located down the street. Even so, my friend won a jackpot at the slot machine of $1500 Which was a nice surprise for her.

The Lodge has no proper lighting making it difficult to find, if you are a first time visitor. (This could be considered unsafe.) No signs to guide you to the rooms at the Lodge. Once you become familiar with the property and how to get there it was much easier. The room was good and clean.

Upon checking there is only the main lobby to check in which is farther from the property staying. There was no convenient place to park to check in. The staff was not the most friendly. The lady had trouble finding my reservation then acted like it was an inconvenience booking through a third party. The room was not as expected. And the rooms have thing walls you could hear everything. Disappointing and will not stay here again.

BOOK AT LEAST 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE! I had a family emergency come up and hoped on here to find somewhere to stay, I was looking into the lodge and booked it for a PAY AT PROPERTY. Maybe thirty minutes later my partner had found me a hotel for a cheaper rate. When I called to cancel my booking they told me that I could not cancel day of, when I explained that I booked day of they told me that it didn’t matter. I never even set foot in their hotel, they charged me $50 and absolutely refused to refund me.
