Beim Einchecken sagt man mir, das Hotel will eines der besten sein , das Hotel ist sehr Hochpreisig , ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Seeblick, der Ausblick war schön aber der Gerechtfertigt den hohen Preis nicht !!! man sagte mir das Zimmer wurde 2019 renoviert, aber es platzte die Farbe ab und es wurde die Farben nicht überall ordentlich entfernt und bei dem Fensterbrett fehlten teile und die Fenster waren nicht geputzt , der Spabereich ist zwar schön aber leider klein, im Nacktbereich gibt es nur 6 Innenliegen und 4 Sitz möglichkeiten

Ich hatte eine Seniorloft-Suite mit Halbpension gebucht. Der Empfang im Hotel war sehr freundlich. Leider hatte ich bei der Buchung nicht auf die Zimmerbeschreibung geachtet wo das Zimmer gelegen ist: es lag im 1. OG mit Blick auf den Hotelparkplatz Wir hatten uns dann sehr auf ein Abendessen in einem eleganten 4 Sterne Superior-Hotel gefreut: als wir im Restaurant-Eingang warteten um zu unserem Tisch begleitet zu werden kam plötzlich Hektik auf. Es wurde leider vergessen für uns einen Tisch zu reservieren. Wir wurden gebeten in der Hotelbar neben Straßengästen und Hundebesitzern an einem ungedeckten Tisch Platz zu nehmen. Auf meine Beschwerde hin am nächsten Tag beim Checkout hieß es nur lapidar von einer Dame: ich werde es weitergeben. Seit dem sind ca 10 Tage vergangen und es nichts passiert. Später habe ich dann herausbekommen dass das Hotel nicht Inhaber geführt ist sondern zu einer größeren Hotelgruppe mit Russischen Eigentümern gehört. Es kann immer mal wieder etwas in einem Hotel schief laufen, es ist nur die Frage wie mit so einer Beschwerde umgegangen wird.

Es war traumhaft im Seespitz

Das Seespitz hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Die Belegschaft ist so herzlich und aufmerksam, wie man es sich nur wünschen kann. Service at it’s best! Die Küche ist ausgezeichnet, raffinierte Kreationen der klassischen Tiroler Küche mit modernem Einfluss. Wir können nur empfehlen Halbpension zu buchen und das bis zu 6-Gänge-Menü zu genießen. Auch die Bar beherrscht ihr Handwerk wirklich gut! Die Zimmer sind schön und komfortabel. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr stimmig eingerichtet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Wellnessbereich ist mit mehreren Saunen, gemütlichen Ruhebereichen und einem In-& Outdoorpool perfekt für die Entspannung nach einem aktiven Tag in den Bergen. Alles in allem ein rundum schönes Hotel, dass wir nur empfehlen können! Wir besuchen selten den selben Ort, aber das Seespitz hat uns überzeugt. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch!

Vom Empfang,bis zur Abreise, alles super. Auto wird geparkt,(gratis Parkplatz neben dem Hotel) Koffer werden ins Zimmer getragen, Willkommensgetränk auf der Terasse ….. Das Hotel liegt direkt am See und von unserem Zimmer hatten wir eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge. Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Abendessen: Vorspeisenbuffet, Suppen, danach wird das Hauptessen nach Bestellung (man hat eine Auswahl) frisch zubereitet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und kompetent. Nach einer Wanderung kann man sich im grosszügig ausgestatteten Wellnessbereich entspannen.

Das neu renovierte und ausgebaute Hotel ist sehr schön und gut organisiert. Auch der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Küche vom Frühstück über das Restaurant bis zum Nachtessen ist sehr gut und qualitativ hochstehend. Die Lage ist für Spaziergänge etc. perfekt; direkt am Wildsee und nur wenige Schritte vom gemütlichen autofreien Dorfzentrum.

Lovely modern decor and spa area. Room was well equipped and good variety of food choices. Bathroom was lovely, nice heated floor, big and spacious. The set evening menu was very well presented with friendly helpful staff. The car parking was easy- would be good to have a brush available to people with cars to remove the snow in the morning. Room was too hot at night and no thermostat to turn the heating down. Balcony light in room 105 is controlled by reception and on until 24:00hrs, there is no way to turn the light off!! That could be improved.

Personal an der Rezeption sehr sehr freundlich, ansonsten Personal sehr auf Stammkunden bezogen alle anderen interessieren nicht... freundlich ist einfach anders Wellnessbereich sehr klein aber im Prinzip sehr schön Schade nur das man das Personal erinnern muss dass die Sauna nicht richtig an ist... Essen selbst am Abend sehr gut Frühstück wenig Auswahl und sehr lieblos hergerichtet Wurst einfach in Behälter geworfen keinen Frischkäse usw. Obstsalatstücke so rieisg das man 1/4 Äpfel darin findet... Zimmer nicht wie der angegeben Kategorie entsprechend sehr alt abgewohnt Dusche war defekt badewannenstöpsel ist auseinander gefallen, brotstücke lagen auf der Balkonbrüstung und dem Boden allgemein sehr Staubig...
