The staff needs to be trained. I was asking to book the shuttle service. The gentleman at reception says you can jump onto it every 30 mins. No need to book. Then the next day, it appears this needs to be booked. So we were late for the airport.

We stayed at the Winery and the views were amazing! The sunsets were the best from our entire trip! The staff was always helpful and willing to doing whatever they could to make your visit remarkable. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Nossa estadia no Podere Montale foi simplesmente inesquecível! Cada momento da nossa lua de mel ali foi especial. O apartamento é amplo, muito confortável e tem uma vista deslumbrante do vale e do pôr do sol — um cenário perfeito para celebrar o amor. A equipe é maravilhosa, e gostaríamos de destacar o Pietro, que nos recebeu com tanta simpatia e conduziu uma degustação de vinhos incrível, cheia de conhecimento e paixão pela vinícola. Os cachorros da propriedade são encantadores e tornam o ambiente ainda mais acolhedor e alegre. Foi uma experiência completa na essência da Toscana: boas conversas, vinhos excelentes e um clima de paz e beleza. Nota 1000! Recomendamos a todos que queiram viver a verdadeira magia dos vinhos toscanos e dessa região incrível.
