Schönes Ferienhaus mit Mängeln beim Service

Grundsätzlich ein schönes Ferienhaus auf einer schön gelegenen Anlage. Der Wellnessbereich kann allerdings nur in einem kurzen Zeitfenster und nur wenn der Vermieter da ist, genutzt werden. An zwei Tagen unseres Urlaubs war der Wellnessbereich überhaupt nicht nutzbar, weil der Vermieter diesen nicht mehr öffnen wollte bzw. den ganzen Tag nicht da war.
