Cette belle maison de 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain est situé à seulement quelques minutes des plages, des restaurants, des divertissements et des magasins de Fenwick Island et Ocean City Maryland! Le premier étage dispose d'un espace ouvert avec une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec une grande table de cuisine, une salle familiale et une véranda. Il y a une terrasse et un porche d'écran parfaits pour le café du matin ou les dßners à l'extérieur.

Cette maison offre un grand séjour au premier étage avec la chambre principale et 2 chambres supplémentaires situées au premier étage. La chambre principale a un lit queen size et une grande salle de bain avec baignoire et douche italienne. Les deux chambres supplémentaires offrent des lits queen size et une salle de bain complÚte partagée avec combinaison baignoire / douche. La buanderie avec une laveuse et une sécheuse ainsi qu'un réfrigérateur supplémentaire est située directement à cÎté de la cuisine et du garage. Le deuxiÚme étage offre une chambre supplémentaire avec deux lits jumeaux.

House was very clean and the 1st choice properties were very responsive. The only thing people should know is that the hot water needs time to reach the master bathroom. I recommend leaving something in the bathroom so people know. Otherwise the property was perfect.

This is a well appointed property and very tastefully decorated. The beds are very comfortable and house was very clean. The only complaint I have is at the air conditioning. Did not keep up on the super hot days. The neighborhood is very nice and great for walking and families.

perfect working vacation spot

The property was pretty, well kept, with lovely little screened porch and nice lighting. The master is beautiful. The upstairs room with twin beds is toasty and has a floor AC unit that is not pulling it's weight! The pool and small gym are nice. You can walk/run in this neighborhood and it's quite nice. It's a pain to pick up the key from an office 15 min away. Would've been nice to have a door code instead. The beach is 10 min away. Staying there you won't mind the lack of beach view because the place really is so nice and no traffic from coastal highway to disturb the peace. Overall a great stay - I would absolutely do it again.

Our experience here was great and would definitely stay again. Pros: Community pool, lots of beach equipment, stocked kitchen items, rear deck and rear screened deck, washer, dryer and dishwasher, close drive to activities, restaurants, groceries and beach, 4 bedrooms, books and games , quiet neighborhood. Cons: Check in and check out was 25 minutes away, lots of furniture made it feel cramped.

Great family vacation spot

We enjoyed our stay the only hiccup we had was with the air conditioning unit not working. However we were able to cool off with potty units brought to us. The staff was friendly and helpful with this small issue. The house and location are perfect For a beach vacation

Great House / Nice Location

The house was spacious, very clean, and well cared for. The location was an easy drive to the beach as well as to grocery stores. My daughter enjoyed riding the available bikes around the neighborhood. The upstairs bedroom was a bit stuffy even with the additional AC unit, but temps were in the mid 90s during our stay. We would recommend the property and would stay there again.

The pictures for the house don’t do it justice. There was so much room and very private. Just a quick 6 min ride to the beach and for the days you can’t make it to the beach the community pool is absolutely amazing. We will definitely be staying here again. The house was very well stocked and all little details were thought of and provided. Loved every second of our getaway. :)

Great Location for a Quiet Vacation

We found the location of this home to be a quiet vacation home close to everything we wanted to do. Whether it was going to the beach or boardwalk in Bethany or playing golf and shopping g in OCMD, we could be there in 15 minutes or less. Lots of local restaurants and places to get good food as well.

Peaceful Memorial Day Trip to Ocean City

Firstly, 1st Choice Management Company was so great with our late check-in request. The pictures of the property are understated compared to in-person. The decor and location made this an amazing family trip. The screened in porch allowed us to enjoy the wonderful breezes in the evenings. The grill was in great shape. The kitchen was equipped with almost everything you can think of. The location is close to Ocean City without the congestion and not far from the grocery store or restaurants in the Selbyville, DE area. Definitely highly recommended as a great place to stay!

Outstanding comfy stay

This house was at a perfect location. Quiet and away from all the craziness but close enough to drive into town multiple times per day without it being too much driving. The house was adorable, comfortable, and had so many little extras that we thoroughly enjoyed. This property thoroughly exceeded my expectations. Thank you for the fantastic memories!

Everyone associated with the property were professional and courteous. The house is even better than how it looks in the pictures. Pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs and bicycles in the garage. House was very well kept and clean. This was a comfortable and relaxing stay. Close to beaches, restaurants and activities. Perfect quiet stay.

We were in town for a baseball tournament, the house accommodated our family of five perfectly. It's close enough that everything was convenient to access, but far enough to get away from the craziness of coastal highway shops etc. Worked out great for us, I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
