Panoramic lounge with 100cm HD TV and home theater, full kitchen with LV, LL, kacheloffen at the entrance (Alsatian wood stove), private bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet, terrace with garden furniture, relaxation areas and games, BBC gas and private parking. Period furniture and collectibles in the rooms. Located in a natural setting, surrounded by nature and bordered by the Andlau, the house is placed at the exit of the village, on the heights, quiet and yet just 2 minutes from downtown, where you will find all the amenities and shops of which you need, 6 minutes from the highway. Andlau is ideally located between Colmar and Strasbourg, in the heart of the most popular tourist places like Obernai, Riquewihr, Eguisheim, Kaysersberg, Andlau, Barr, Christmas markets of Colmar and Strasbourg, the Monkey Mountain, castles HT Koenigsbourg or the Upper Andlau, to name a few ... For the more intrepid, the village is straight West is the largest family amusement park in the world (Europa-park), or, a few kilometers, the ski slopes of Champ du Feu, an addict park -branches. The house already has many opportunities for amusement (pp table., Foosball and pinball bar, outdoor games, etc.), you will definitely keep you busy, even in bad weather.
