Located at the heart of Seminyak, with close access to restaurants, bars and the beach. Room was modern, spacious and clean. Staff were nice but we didn’t receive any information about facilities or breakfast when doing the check in, so overall onboarding and guest experience can be improved. We found breakfast below par for a 4-star hotel.

Reasonably nice hotel. Good location. Clean. Surrounded by some nice restaurants and shops. 10/15 mins from beach. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms ok but a bit tatty. Pool area covered by canopy. Pool itself in some sunlight but no area to sunbathe. Breakfast ok, enough choice but coffee usually luke warm. Small but clean and serviceable gym. I wouldn’t rush back but a pleasant enough stay. Good jazz bar on 3rd floor level but accessible via the road.

I really enjoyed the breakfast menu. The omelets and pancakes were very good. I also tried my first Nasi Goreng Kampung dish here and it was 10/10. The room was decent. It gave me studio apartment vibes. The cable selection was much appreciated. My only complaint was the jacuzzi tub was malfunctioning and water had been spraying all on the floor. I did not get a chance to address it with the front desk because I was out of the room most of time. However, it would've been nice to enjoy that amenity I paid for. Other than that, the hotel staff were very pleasant, small boutiques, and a shopping with roof top spa are all in walking distance. That was definitely a convenience for me and made my stay more enjoyable. Overall, I'd give this hotel 8/10.
