We originally booked a garden villa and we were upgraded to an ocean view villa because of hotel.com VIP status and it didn’t disappoint. The room decor was absolutely stunning and they’d thought of all of the small touches that made it really special. They also serviced the room twice a day if you want, which is great if you’ve had a pool day. The sunsets from the infinity pool are spectacular and the massage I had at the Spa was one of the best I’ve ever had. We were looked after by Aussie all week and it was amazing to be able to WhatsApp her and organise bookings really conveniently. She also went out of her way to help find my partner’s sunglasses after losing them at the pool the day before. The rest of the staff were amazing as well. Highly recommend this resort we’re sad to leave!

The staffs are amazing kind and accommodating but the hotel needs renovation in the gym,spa and rooms. This place has the amazing infinity pool which I really love. The beach is not white sand and smells bad.

This property is stunning. Right on the beach with a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the waves; it is idyllic. The staff are warm and friendly, the room is well appointed and the gardens are gorgeous. The food is fresh, with a range of options. The seafood BBQ is a must! and it usually comes with a stunning sunset. It is easy walking distance to all the Seminyak has to offer. We have already booked to stay again next year.

We stayed 3 nights in an upgraded villa which was wonderful. I really liked our host Aussie who was always available via WhatsApp. Our driver Sucipta was also very nice and a good driver. The cleaning staff was wonderful. The BBQ looked nice but was a bit too expensive for us for a BBQ. We ate at the restaurant one night which had a beautiful setting but the main corse took too long time to arrive and one was too salty. Breakfast was great! All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

It was an amazing stay here at Seminyak beach resort and spa. Everything from start to finish was top notch and every person working here was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the little touches of daily activities and the gym and spa were exquisite. We can’t wait to go back.

We had a superb stay; it was our favourite hotel and location in Bali having visited nusa dua before and Ubud. We were so glad we ended our honeymoon here. Aussie was our personal host and she was lovely. She checked in on us often and the check out process was also seamless. Great hotel, stunning views of the beach and sunset.
