On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV, as well as air conditioning for year-round comfort. This convivial space opens directly onto a roofed terrace of 20 m2, where you can enjoy views of the surrounding countryside. The ground floor also includes a fully equipped open kitchen fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a shower room with WC. The upper floor houses all 4 bedrooms: 1 room with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, 2 rooms each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and 1 room with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 80 cm mattresses and 200 cm in length. A second shower room with WC serves the upper floor, bringing the total number of bathrooms in the property to 2.
