We were checked in at the Small desk on the 1st floor but the real lobby was on the 17th floor which we didn’t discover until the day after.
We rented 2 Rooms, they were both underwhelming and Dated with a strange musty smell. There’s only 1 closet and no drawers to store your clothes. One Room was incredibly dusty, dust bunnies everywhere, AC wasn’t properly working so it was considerably warmer than the rest of the hotel.
One of the lights was burnt out which we reported immediately, they said it was working after checking (the wrong light) so we just had a fairly dark room our entire stay. Toilet seat warmer wasn’t working but after the light fixture experience we didn’t bother mentioning it.
The view outside the room was awful - a bunch of metal pipes ie the outdoor AC unit system.
Housekeeping lady was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to Myeongdong shopping and Lotte department so if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep and don’t care about a pleasant hotel experience, then it should be fine.
