The noise from the clubs below were unbearable. If you plan on sleeping at all don’t stay here. It’s like the nightclubs are in your room. Side note, if they played more than the same few songs on repeat it wouldn’t have been as bad. All jokes aside do not stay here

DO NOT STAY HERE The noise from the clubs will keep you to 6am. You will NOT sleep here. Hotel knows this and does not provid refunds, this hotel should come with a warning. Poor form for Expedia to eve have this on their website.

Right outside the back of the hotel is an all night club blasting loud techno until 6am. Every night! They provide ear plugs and an apology letter in return. Ear plugs and noise cancelling headphones we're still not enough. The WiFi was also unusable and they blamed it on the whole hotels WiFi. So no chance of it being fixed.

First of all, the noise was unbearable. It got even worse when I changed rooms. When I reported that there was a cockroach in the room, they asked if I had a photo as proof. This is completely unacceptable. I will never stay here again

I was there for a reunion. Location was perfect. Pool fun. But guests are given earplugs in their room because you can hear the music from the clubs til 3am....or longer depending on the night. If you're a light sleep ask for the front of the hotel vs the back where the clubs are.

Unfortunately, I didn’t go to Seoul to party and experience the nightlife, so the loud music from 9pm to 5am every day was not an enjoyable experience for me and really disturbed my rest. Also went during the week that their pool or sauna was out of service.

I was on the top floor and during the week - noisy. Place is fine, but the nightclub in the hotel building makes this place noisy and you can even hear the vibration of the sound system. They give you ear plugs - serious. :)
