Maybe a bit of a niche problem, but they did not provide enough pillows. We had 3 guests in the room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Both beds only had 1 set of pillows each, leaving us with 4 pillows for 3 people. When we asked the front desk for extra pillows they only gave 1, and actually said no when I asked for 2. I’m not sure why they were limiting the number of pillows, but considering there were 3 guests, why was the number of pillows uneven? On the flip side, we wanted to discard a broken suitcase, and the concierge took care of everything. He just took the suitcase from us and arranged for disposal.

Room was great and the jacuzzi bath is a must to use and relaxing but takes a while to fill up. Very clean but seems to be the Korean way. Staff at reception was great and helpful. Metro station is 5 mins walk and quick to get to landmarks. Only problem with my room really was the window as it shows a newly built block literally few feet away. Other than that would book again

The room was bigger size than most hotel rooms and the staff was amazing. Helpful and very nice. Honestly will be my future stay each time I'm in Seoul! We stayed 15 nights and they include laundry and only cleaned our room when we wanted it cleaned.

Very beautiful and clean room. Everything you need laundry and kitchen was super helpful. Staff was kind, polite and helpful. Less touristy area away from the main hub of that’s what your looking for.

Great place. Loved my stay

Hotel Loft exceeded most of my expectations. The room itself was quite large, and the exposed brick gave it a unique flair. Service was great and my room was expertly cleaned every day. And the location was terrific — close to the subway and a ton of restaurants, convenience stores and other stuff. Would stay again if I were going back to Seoul.

This was one of the most unpleasant hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The room reeked of cigarette smoke the moment I walked in, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting — it smelled strongly of both urine and cigarettes. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained, and it felt unhygienic to even use the facilities. Since it was just one night, I reluctantly kept the room, but the experience was unacceptable. What made matters worse was that the hotel made no effort to address the issue, offer compensation, or even acknowledge the problem. The complete disregard for guest comfort and cleanliness is shocking. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. There are plenty of other options where basic cleanliness, respect for non-smoking rules, and customer care are actually taken seriously. This property clearly does not prioritize its guests.

Lofts hotel boutique is right in the center of many things , trains , subways, buses and 30mins away from Gympo international airport on line 5. Hotel is very well designed, modern, clean and high class location with many restaurants, coffee shops. So it is one of the best locations without high cost for stays. Hotel is very classy design, small petite but very unique and beautiful inside out. Just little small front desks , small waiting rooms and the front desks customers service not very comfortable to engage conversation with foreigners customers. Beside of that need to improve then the hotel is highly recommended.
