Convenient location with minutes walk to subway station. Wowpass machine on reception floor. Staffs are very friendly with good English. We have a bathroom issue and staff quickly re-arrange another room for us. Housekeeping ladies are very helpful too. Highly recommended.
Room is clean, pillow a bit too slow.
This kind of bathroom may only suitable for one person or couple.

In such an amazing place. Hongdae area is my opinion the best place to stay when in Seoul. This hotel not only is in the middle of it but accommodation was great. Staff always willing to accommodate the best they can. I will be back here next time!!!!

This hotel is located at the heart of Seoul attractions -- Hongdae area. Just a walk away from Metro Line#2 station. The lobby is located at 21st floor, and the guest rooms are on 6-20th floor - my room was on 10th floor. You go to the top floor for check-in and then you do not need to go up there unless you want to try the roof top bar or pool (which was not available during my stay) and restaurant (called "the place" -- didn't try it because so many dining/breakfast options are available in the region). I stayed in the family twin room that is rather small with very tiny bathroom. The cleaning status is not so great with some dust and grimes here and there (e.g. TV remote controller was so dirty that I had to clean it myself first before use). The parking is available for a fee (10,000 KRW per night for hotel guest) but you have to go down to B3 or B4 (after many small turns). The area itself is super-crowded and busy 24 hours, so that you have to live with some level of noise. If you're sensitive with noise, then better bring an ear plug (they don't provide one). Location is great for shopping, dining, and getting to any attractions in Seoul. And that's it. Probably I wouldn't stay here again.

The hotle location is perfect. Roght in Hongdae close to train and shopping a lot of great restaurants close by . Unfortunately the checkin staff was unfriendly and rather rude.
