Functional Hotel with All the Essentials

Clean, functional, and comfortable. Rooms are small but well designed, and the facilities — swimming pool, gym, business center, laundry, and more — are modest but were never crowded during my stay. A big plus is the basement with restaurants and a supermarket, as well as the subway entrance right at the door. Overall, a convenient and well-maintained hotel that offers great value.

Best hotel I have been.

We had a great stay at Lotte Mapo, the hotel is clean and staff are very friendly. There is easy access to shops and restaurants, train stations all underground ( mini mart, hair salon, optician...). The limousine bus to go to the airport is also at walking distances. What to ask for more?

Worst hotel.

It was a really dirty hotel. The smell of mold (like a basement) was so strong that I had to cover my nose with my clothes to sleep. I asked for a room change, but it turned out they just moved me to the room next door. Nothing had changed. It was truly a painful experience for six days.
