Love the convenient location with lots of stuff to do and easy subway access. We had a family suite that has a living room and bedroom with a king size bed and two bunk beds. Bathroom and shower/tub were spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

Disappointed Lotte. Not the luxury experience.

Major disappointment with this hotel from start to finish. For the price I expected a much better experience. From arrival we found ourselves competing with Adventureland and Department store customers for parking space. This is ridiculous. While there is designated space for the hotel we watched many people park in hotel spots (which are close to hotel access) and NOT enter the hotel. I wish there was a ticket or something that could be given to those who need hotel parking. Or a separate gate entry system. It was so stressful after a long drive to be told hotel lot is full and to look for parking in the MART area. Miles away from the hotel entrance. We ended up near Adventureland parking and the signage to show where to now even go to find the hotel was non existent. I was mad, tired and fed up. We walked a very long distance with multiple heavy bags trying to find the hotel. Why there isn’t a back hotel entrance from the Adventureland I don’t know. The room absolutely stank of cigarette smoke, but by this time I was so fed up and didn’t want to ask whether there was another room available. I should have because I couldn’t sleep due to the smell. I’m sorry but can’t cleaning staff report this to management?? Room was spacious, but overall experience made me mad I spent the money on this hotel that was a treat for my kids on our last few days of our trip. Disgusted I dropped over $1,000 on 2 nights at this hotel. Parking is a joke. Rooms smell. Do not stay here.

Fun area with lots of attractions for kids. The convenient store in the hotel was not 24 hours and opened at 7am which was quite late for jet lagged travelers who wakes up at 4am.
