The New Seoul hotel is very convenient to many areas of Seoul well within walking distance. I found the staff very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us, the room was of good size, and the beds comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will going back very soon

Good hotel overall. It was fairly central and easy to get to many areas. We had no issues walking and using the subway! The downstairs cafe was also great to grab a bite. The room was average - no windows (it said when we booked). The bed was not comfortable and very hard which was maybe the biggest negative. The room was very clean.

I was not given 2 bottles everyday and the tea cups were not replaced everyday as well. The breakfast was very poor even though it was only $15. Our Chioce basically was boiled eggs and toast. Very poor and disappointing. Location was good not too central and chaotic like some hotels

The room was well maintained, however small things like the shower curtain being too short, leading to water being all over the floor was annoying and potential hazard. The buffet breakfast was poor, little options. It was cheap but still not worth it. The Cafe at the lobby was a stand out by comparison. I liked the quieter location on the outskirts of Myeongdong. Close to certain landmarks, many walking distance. Thank you..
