Perfectly suited our needs as we needed to do laundry before we boarded our cruise. Appreciated the affordable and large size washers and dryers. We also took advantage of their free locker storage (12 hours!)which allowed us to do additional sightseeing as our embarkation for our cruise got delayed due to fog. The breakfast buffet was a good value for it's variety if you prepaid and allowed us to get off to an early start each day. Plenty of interesting options for dining nearby and attractions to see. Would highly recommend for it's location, amenities , helpful staff and cleaniness. Would definitely stay again!

Good hotel. Comfortable and clean. Good breakfast included and great accessibility to the metro and the Myeondong shopping district. Our only complaint was the room temp. We were there in mid March. Cold nights and warm sunny days. The hotel only offered heat and our room was 77 degrees. We did turn off the heat, open a small window and get a fan but it was still warm at night. Staff informed us that they don’t have AC on this time of year. Otherwise I recommended the hotel.

Nothing good except staff and location.

Even though advertisement included AC, there was no air conditioner, but only unregulated central heater that one could only turn off or on. When I complained, staff delivered a fan and suggested to open the window. Bathtub is tiny and slippery. Although there is warning about it being slippery, there is no railing to hold only when you get out. I felt risking my health every time getting out. Bed location does not line up with the room design. In order for a tv to be located about the middle of the bed, it is moved further away from the light switches and outlets. I had to stand up to turn the light on or off, I could barely reach it from the bed, and I needed a 2m charger for my phone to operate it from the bed while charging. Breakfast is not included, I had to pay 25 000 Won (~$20) for breakfast, when just walking out for 50 yards away from the hotel I was able to get a filling Korean meal for 7 500 Won (~6.50). Hotel restaurant only does breakfast, you can't just get there sfter breakfast time and get anything. Self checkout didn't work. Staff is pleasant, however, and location is good. The location of the hotel, however, is good. Personnel are pleasant.

The staff is so efficient! From the front desk to house keeping to late night customer service! They are all amazing and goes above and beyond! My family enjoyed staying in this hotel. Wonderful experience! Amenities are clean. The breakfast food and service was excellent.Hoghly recommended

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The room on the 16th floor had a nice view of Namsan mountain and the Seoul tower. Our visit was in late February, 2025 so it was quite cold outside. However, our room was excessively warm and wouldn't go below 25 degrees Celsius, even with the window open. The queen bed only had two pillows which were very firm and uncomfortable. In the evening, the internet speed dropped to only 10Mbs download which made it impossible to complete some work related tasks. In the morning, it was better at about 100Mbs download.

Very good hotel, very conveniently located. Only issues are that the T.Vs are very outdated (not a smart T.V) and they have an emergency button right near the toilet which my toddler is obsessed with pushing.
