On May 22, 2026, I gave them an excellent review, but the next day, on 5/23/26, I regretted that I did. Anyway, the breakfast was included in my room rate, but I missed it. I was 20 minutes late. The restaurant door was still open. They took away the food, but there was some left over coffee, so poured it into the cup. A male staff worker came to me and told me: âThe breakfast is over! You canât have that coffee! You need to go to the bar and buy one!â He literally took away the cup that I filled from me!!! I was shocked!!! I told him: âI didnât have a breakfast, for which I already paid, and I poured this left-over coffee into the cup, and you are taking it away from me, after I stayed for three nights here!?!? WOW!!! Youâre gonna spill that coffee instead of letting me have it, as a way of appreciating the client!?â I told the receptionist about the incident. She said: âSorry! These are the rules!â I said: âWe are human beings, not robots, who blindly follow the rules. Nobody in my country would ever do this to anybody in such a situation! They would say - Help yourself! The coffee is on us!â Iâm still shocked! This is not the way to treat customers. In addition to that, the pump in the toilet produces a strange noise, even when youâre not using it. The walls are thin, so you can hear other slamming the doors. The bed is too narrow. The window curtain is so thin that the morning sun awakes you the moment it rises. Iâm changing my review to VERY POOR - UNSATISFACTORY!!!!!!
