Beau de loin mais trĂšs sale

Endroit calme et reposant avec un beau parc, piscine et jacuzzi. La maison est grande, mais le mĂ©nage n'a jamais Ă©tĂ© fait. Vitres, rideaux jamais nettoyĂ©s, la cuisine est crasseuse, de la graisse et de la crasse depuis plusieurs annĂ©es. Nous avons du faire des barbecues, aller au restaurant et acheter des plats prĂ©parĂ©s pour ne pas utiliser la cuisine. Tuyau du gaz pĂ©rimĂ© depuis 2020, store Ă©lectrique dĂ©gueulasse, nous avons utilisĂ© le parasol neuf. Dommage car l'endroit, la maison, piscine, parc, etc pourrait etre un lieux trĂšs sympa mais la crasse dans la maison, les bouts de ferraille qui traine partout, des poĂȘles sont dehors, tout ça est inconcevable et ça gache tout. Monsieur le propriĂ©taire, vous ne pouvez louer avec autant de problĂšme qui pourrait etre trĂšs dangereux !!!! Quand on loue un bien, on assume, SVP prenez quelqu'un pour decrasser votre maison, changer l'Ă©lectromĂ©nager qui est moisi de partout, l'Ă©lectricitĂ© est Ă©galement a revoir, vous ne pouvez pas mettre les gens en danger. Et quand on loue, le minimum est que ce soit PROPRE, on fait un contrat et un Ă©tat des lieux. Quand on vous annonce les problĂšmes, le minimum est de s'excuser. Preuve a l'appui.
