On the ground floor, there is a spacious entrance hall that leads to a large living-dining room with direct access to the porch. The kitchen is large and bright, equipped with a dining area, and also has access to the terrace and pool. Additionally, there is a guest toilet on this level.

On the upper floor, through a hallway, you will find four double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and access to a private terrace with views.

The exterior of the house features a large 6 x 12-meter pool, a porch furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers, and umbrellas, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate.

The house is fully equipped with underfloor heating and ducted air conditioning (hot/cold), making it ideal for any time of the year. The high-quality furniture has been carefully selected, creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the house has Wifi Internet access, satellite TV, and is suitable for remote work.

Located in a privileged environment, it is just a few minutes' drive from the spectacular beaches of Es Trenc, Sa Ràpita, and Ses Covetes, known for their white sand and crystal-clear waters. Campos, the charming village where the property is located, is 8 km away and is known for its tranquility, local market, and proximity to the island's natural treasures.

Es Vinyolet Cancellation policy

- Reservations cancelled with more than 61 days before arrival will have a cost of 30% of the total price of the reservation.

- Reservations cancelled with more than 31 days before arrival will have a cost of 50% of the total price of the reservation.

- Reservations cancelled with more than 30 days before arrival will have a cost of 90% of the total price of the reservation.

~ Free cancellation up to 48 hours after booking (pre-payment or one-off payment).

~ Free cancellation in case of force majeure due to government restrictions, health restrictions or airport closure.

In the event of Cancellations, change days or requests for changes must be made by the guest in writing by e-mail to VillasPlanet S.L. and will always be subject to the availability and acceptance of both the property and VillasPlanet S.L.

VillasPlanet S.L. shall not accept any responsibility and shall not make any refund of any amount whatsoever in the event of delays in arrivals or unforeseen departures before the end of the leased stay.
