This holiday house offers a nice sea view, exclusive equipment, a beautiful roof terrace, and self-catering. There is a 120 sq.m living room, a 40 sq.m terrace and balcony, and a 40 sq.m terrace. You will also find an underground parking, 3 bedrooms for 6 people, and 2 bathrooms. It is located in front of the sea and has a small garden. Pets are allowed. The rental fee per week varies between 400 and 700 Euro. The house is located in a quiet residential area, just a few minute walk from the beautiful natural beach of Es Trenc. In the entrance area, some beautiful Mediterranean plants grow, and there is a small staircase leading to the ground floor. There you will find the living area with a fireplace and access to the outdoor terrace. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and access to another terrace and a small garden. In the garden, blooming from spring to fall, there are other beautiful Mediterranean plants and access to the BBQ. On the 2nd floor of the house, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have access to a balcony as well as 2 bathrooms. On the first floor, there is a roof terrace.

Tolle Lage, schönes Haus

Super Ausstattung. Sehr netter Vermieter.Sehr gepflegt und gemütlich.Lage top.Leider haben wir nicht so gut schlafen können, weil jeden Abend Motorräder vor dem Haus rumgefahren sind. Da kann aber der Vermieter nichts für. Leider war es dadurch sehr laut.Der Garten und die dachterasse waren traumhaft. Perfekt mit Jugendlichen. Aber sicher auch mit kleinen Kindern.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit allem, was mensch braucht

Wir waren für eine Woche in dem schönen Haus von Jaqueline und Mathias. Die Kommunikation mit den beiden lief super. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich. Der Wohnraum unten mit zwei Terrassen sind super für das Zusammenleben, die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Oben gibt es drei Schlafzimmer (2 mit Balkon) und 2 Bäder, was super ist, wenn man mit einer größeren Gruppe da ist. Die Dachterrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein. Für unseren 6 Monate alten Mitreisenden gabs einen Kinderstuhl und ein Kinderreisebett - alles super einfach organisiert über die Gastgeber:innen. Vom Haus läuft man 10 Minuten zum Strand, 10 - 15 Minuten zum Hafen. Direkt in der Nachbarschaft gibt es ein bar nette (Tapas) Bars und Restaurant, die Einkaufsstraße ist direkt ums Eck. Man ist aber nicht völlig im Touritgetümmel. Für uns der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und eine entspannte Zeit in Colonia di Sant Jordi und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gemütlich wie daheim

Ein feines Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Hafen und Strand sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Im Februar hat alles einen besonderen Reiz. Die Kommunikation mit Gastgebern sehr gut!!??

Sehr schönes Mietobjekt in einer sehr zentralen Lage

Wir haben, wiederholt, einen traumhaften Urlaub in Sant Jordi verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr zentral, sowohl Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Läden zum shoppen als auch Restaurants sind fußläufig schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Ebenfalls ist der tolle Strand in nur 10 bis 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist immer hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht den Urlaub auch wirklich zur Erholung zu genießen. Ebenfalls

Ideal zur Innenstadt und zum Es Trenc

Matthias ist ein vollkommen unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Das Haus liegt perfekt zw Innenstadt (2 min) und Es Trenc ( 10 min zu Fuss ) . Das Haus hat mehrere Terrassen . Ideal: die Dachterrasse für den Sundowner. Unbedingt in Ses Salines das Restaurant von Matthias besuchen: Sa Fusteria. Gemütlich und echt mediterran

Sehr schönes Haus, sieht sogar besser aus als auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist auch super und die kostenlos zu benutzenden Fahrräder sehr praktisch. Der Check in war etwas komisch, da der Vermieter nicht anwesend war.

Eine Woche Best Fest

Unkomplizierte Vermieter, ruhige Lage direkt am Bestcenter, ideal für Schwimmer wie uns vier! Nachdem wir nach der ersten Nacht den Bösewicht gefunden hatten, der alle paar Minuten den FI-Schalter hat rausspringen lassen, war auch stromtechnusch alles o.k. :-)

Wir, 4Erwachsene 1Kleinkind und ein Baby hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub: super ausgestattet, sogar Fahrräder, Kinderspielzeug und Strandutensilien...es fehlte wirklich nichts. Die Familie Löhndorf sind super gute Gastgeber, wir werden gerne wiederkommen! Sonne im Winter

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Februar in der Casa Maya verbracht, dank eines Riesen Hochs über Europa war es tagsüber sonnig und warm wie im Frühling, nachts noch sehr kalt. Das Haus ist prima ausgestattet und bietet mit den Terassen immer irgendwo Sonne. Gerne kommen wir wieder..

Wir haben die Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Lage war für uns zum Best Center perfekt und auch an die Strände und in den Stadtkern kommt man schnell. Alles war sauber und die Vermieter sind super freundlich und kümmern sich um alles. Für die Nacht ist es auch eine ruhige Lage. Wir hoffen selbst, wir haben bei unserer Abreise alles gut hinterlassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gemütliches Feriendomizil - nette Vermieter

Wenn ich jetzt die Wahrheit schreibe, dass das Ferienhaus super gemütlich ist und alles bietet, was man mit mehreren Personen für einen entspannten Urlaub in traumhafter Umgebung braucht und dass die Vermieter auch noch super nett sind - dann ist ja bald alles belegt und ich kann hier gar keinen Urlaub mehr machen.... ...andererseits soll man ja auch nicht lügen..... Also die Wahrheit: Das Haus ist der Knaller und bietet zu jederzeit ein gemütliches Fleckchen mit Sonne im Außenbereich. Die Ausstattung ist ja auf dieser Seite einsehbar. Der Ort und insbesondere der Hafen und die benachbarten Strände sind sehr schön. Und das "schlechte" Wetter zu der Zeit als wir dort waren hätte ich gern das ganze Jahr in Deutschland ;-)
