The hotel looks very nice from the outside and in the lobby. However once in the room the furniture is very beat up. The shower did not work correctly, there was no way turn on the rai shower head and when I tried to adjust the water temperature the knob came off in my hand. The staff was very pleasant though

This 17th century building feels grand but cosy. The addition of modern, glass, courtyard walls keep the heat in while leaving the impressive architecture visible. I enjoyed my stay and had a lovely dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the barman.

It's a very unique place where the service and food combination get you to return again. The first expression telling you it's the right place to come as in entrance there were fresh flowers and friendly staff. The bar offers you a variety of drinks with small fresh food fingers. The restaurant was a great experience with extraordinary great risotto Milanese and main courses fish or meat all exquisite.

Deluxe and superior roooms were beautifully appointed, spacious, and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were very nice, the Chef is notable. Excellent bar tenders, well made drinks. Hotel Staff were helpful and professional. And the hotel was a beautifully restored historic property. The hotel was great. The staff were excellent , very friendly and helpful. The only thing we did not like was that we got a handicap room which we did not requested. We paid gif regular room. That was disappointment. The water in the shower was cold.
