Located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, our villa combines tranquility and accessibility in the heart of Sète. Spacious and functional, you can enjoy the garden surrounding the house and the balconies serving each of the 3 bedrooms. Bright and well insulated, everyone will find their space there.

The house has a total surface area of 105 m².
The ground floor consists of a dining room, a lounge area and a kitchen spread over 50 m². Completes this space, an independent bathroom with toilet.
A staircase leads to the 1st floor comprising 3 bedrooms with a surface area of: 14 m², 11 m², and 10 m². A bathroom with a sink and a bathtub, as well as a separate toilet.
Private parking for 2 cars is reserved for you in front of the house.
The city center, the royal canal and the market halls are a 10-minute walk away, the train station 15 minutes away. You can access the beaches by car in 10 minutes and the exit of Sète to discover the region in 5.
