The property is located less than 400 meters from the beach, or approx a 8 min walk. The building has an elevator, and though the apartment is located on the ground floor, it is accessible for people with reduced mobility. The bedroom has a king size bed, and there is a double sofabed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and the city Setúbal is a 15 min away by ferry boat, with many more choices of restaurants, supermarkets and entertainment.
