Villa 26 is our fifth-floor penthouse, a rare end villa redesigned by a professional interior decorator. Light, bright, and effortlessly elegant, it offers everything you need for a refined island escape.
Spanning 3,700 sq ft, it features a screened patio and an additional open side porch. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped—or let Chef Roman handle your meals. Enjoy a Vitamix, Keurig, drip coffee maker, and Nespresso machine with supplied starter pods.
The villa has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Two king suites with Smart TVs open onto the side porch, each with a private en-suite. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a Smart TV, and its own bath. Full laundry is included.
The ocean-side primary suite is a serene retreat with a soaking tub, separate shower, powder room with bidet, and exclusive island-made toiletries. All bathrooms have hairdryers, and shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are provided.
Daily housekeeping (excluding Sundays, Good Friday, Christmas, and New Year’s) provides fresh towels, paper products, and dish supplies. The screened porch offers dining and lounge seating, perfect for relaxing. Our white-sand beach features shaded lounges and dining areas. The pool deck has four BBQ grills, with easy access to pool and beach via elevators or stairs.
