we had an awesome stay at bella vista. there we 10 of us and we never felt crowded. individual bathrooms were great. house was clean and well stocked. the owner was great with timely responses and information. movie room was perfect. nice pool table and air hockey. we have stayed with this owner before so we will be looking at their properties again for our next trip.

Stunning Mountain Cabin

The views alone are worth the rent. Unobstructed views of the National Park from close to the top of a mountain. Every balcony and window shows off this view. Four of us stayed and each had our own bedroom. It was the perfect setup for a group of old friends. The kitchen was well equipped for every meal we made and you can't beat the grand table in the dining room with windows all around you. We didn't want to leave!The cabin would be perfect for a MUCH larger group and would be great for kids as well. You could have numerous families staying without issue. We just decided to splurge a bit since we never get to see each other as we get older. If you're lucky enough to stay here you won't regret it!

Best mountain views you could imagine

The house looked the part. A beautiful cabin, high in the mountains. Large windows that framed the mountains beauty at every turn. Sitting in the hot tub out on the deck, all the while staying at the mountains as i watched the storms roll through the mountains. I could not have asked for a better experience. So much room, you have space for everyone to relax. Far enough away that you don't feel the packed crowds, yet close enough to easily enjoy the attractions and busy atmosphere.

A Great Vacation Cabin

A great cabin for 3 families to stay at. The kitchen was one of the most well stocked kitchens we have had in a rental. The house was very clean and well laid out. It seemed bigger than what we expected. Beautiful views and a quick drive to activities. The bunk room did not have a door on but our girls loved it and it worked well for us. We would definitely recommend this house.

Best host and house in the Smokies

This home was amazing! Mindy was so attentive and quick to reply. The house was clean and has everything we could need! The view was amazing. The beds were comfy. The kitchen had 2 refrigerators and the game room was so fun for the kids! She provided cards and games! We had a blast and would definitely rent from her again! Oh and the fire pit was so great too!

Bella Vista Beauty

We spent a whole week with family at this beautiful property. The views from the property were the best we ever experienced and we have rented quite a few cabins in the Smokeys. The cabin was well equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc. Had everything we needed. Perfect location, close to all activities. Mindy, the premier host was awesome. Had a minor issue and she handled it promptly with great communication, a true professional who cares about her guests. One of our best family vacations ever.

Fantastic Fall Break

This house is awesome! The view is absolutely gorgeous and the huge windows allow you to enjoy the view anywhere in the living area. We enjoyed the hot tub and theatre room and games at night after taking in all the attractions in the area. Mindy gave very detailed information and we had no issues. My grandchildren said they wanted me to rent the same house next year! We will definitely try to do that when we visit again.

Amazing Views

We loved our views from this fun property. The kids enjoyed their time in the lower level with games and movie room. The bedding is low quality and didn’t not provide the best night’s sleep. Our biggest disappointment was that this property did NOT provide any bathroom or laundry amenities. These are standard lodging amenities at even your lowest end accommodations. When paying thousands a night the least you can do is have some shampoo, conditioner & body wash in each bathroom for your guests. The location of the property made it easy to access both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg with ease even with Jeep Invasion occurring.

Lovely Property!

Bella Vista is a very clean and very nice property with a beautiful view! Mindy is very organized and a pleasure to deal with as a homeowner. The house was a great home base for all of our different activities, and we spent time in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville! It’s centrally located near Pigeon Forge. You won’t be disappointed with its location. You feel like you’re in the clouds above a canopy of trees in a remote location, but you’re literally minutes away from the Pigeon Forge strip. My wife and I have 5 kids 10 to almost 19, and we had plenty of room. 5 stars all the way!

Bella Vista was a perfect location for our Smoky Mountain vacation with family. The home was very clean, spacious, well appointed and the view was spectacular! We could not have been more pleased with our selection of a vacation rental.

Great Getaway!

We had a great stay at Bella Vista. Mindy was awesome along the way and the cabin was amazing. Our teens had stuff to do during the day and WiFi was great when we had to work remotely! It was so close to many attractions and easy to get to!

Truly Bella Vista! Views are amazing!

This cabin was wonderful. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family gathering. This cabin was relaxing and fun all at the same time! We drove up some winding roads to get there but it was so worth it. The area was quiet and peaceful. Beds were very comfortable. And I loved the bathtub in the master suite! Overall, I great cabin. I would stay there again and again!
