It was amazing, cabin had all the things you needed. It was close to everything far as groceries or anything you might need. I would definitely recommend it, and I would definitely go back.

The driveway up to the cabin is beyond dangerous. The host did not salt the driveway and we got stuck at the bottom because it was a sheet of ice. I’m paralyzed and in a wheelchair so my husband had to walk to a neighbors house to get shovels to chip away at the ice. We still couldn’t get up the driveway so the neighbor drove us up in his 4x4, where we found that the driveway had disintegrated around a bend making it even more dangerous as there is a large drop off the side of the driveway. We had no internet service so we could not call for help. Once in the cabin, we found mouse poop in all of the cabinets and pots. The floor in front of the dishwasher is soft and sinking. The tv wouldn’t hook up to the internet and it was poorly cleaned. This by far has been a horrible place to stay. I do not recommend it

We had a great stay here, the hot tub was clean and ready when we checked in, there was plenty of beds/ pull out couches for us all. Justin was very responsive with my questions on check out day. The cabin is close enough to town but still away from the “noise” of the area.

The host was very helpful. Check in/out instructions were very clear. Nice view from the porch. Loved the big windows in the living room. Beds, countertops, tubs/showers were very clean. But needs some mild repairs like that did not affect our stay at all (trim around bottom of wall, etc) Needs a good deep clean of random things like wall behind countertops, inside doors, etc to take it up a notch. But like I said, beds, showers, countertops, important things were clean so this wasn’t an issue. Just a suggestion.

Knotty and Nice, more like squirrelies and mice. Place is overrun with critters in the walls. Squirrel scratch all day, mice scratch all night. Fan in master bedroom did not work and there is no airflow in that room. Sheets were dirty, overall place needs some deep cleaning and updates. Jet tub was surprisingly clean. Location was close to the main strip.

The property was beautiful and in a nice location with great veiws, we seen a cpl bears, and enjoyed the sunsets n rises, the only concern we had was some small cosmetic things that needed to be fixed and the safety of some loose decks boards, but the host assured they would be looked at/addressed when we left

We had a great stay at the cabin, two things: the road to the cabin needs some help, its hard if you dont have a 4x4. Also, we had to clean off all the hickory nuts, it would have been great if it was cleaned up before we got there. Other than that, I will stay here again. Just far enough to see the stars at night and close enough tour only 15 minutes from everything!!!

My husband and I have stayed at rental properties from OR to ME, AZ, FL, SC, and IL. At each property I make notes about things I love at the home and “needs improvement” thoughts. This cabin was convenient to all the PF attractions and Publix or Kroger. The cabin was cozy and quiet. Even though there was a cabin right next door you really don’t see it because the views are out the front windows. But the views are not a far vista of the Smokies but of tall trees. Convenient to have a washer/dryer to wash some clothes during our stay. We did not use the pool table or hot tub (it was very HOT the week we were there). As someone mentioned in another review, the road up to the cabin is challenging. A narrow single lane gravel/paved road up to the end where the cabin is located. I don’t know what we would have done if we encountered another vehicle on the way up or down as there were no places to pull over to pass. And do NOT plan on arriving at the cabin for the first time in the dark!The kitchen was supplied with pots and pans, dishes, silverware, salt & pepper, spices (expired!), and coffee filters. I had trouble with the electric stove burners because the pan had to have direct contact with the burner or it did not heat. And I wish there was a working light under the microwave. I would have liked to have a closet with hangers. The closet in the downstairs BR was designated as an “Owners’ Closet”. And there was no upstairs closet.On another note, I would suggest replac

This was our first cabin rental & we were very skeptical. The Knotty & Nice cabin was amazing! It looks just like the photos & is in an amazing area! Secluded but still very close to everything! Plenty of towels were available and the beds were sooooo soft. Only issue we really had was the jets in the bathtub not working. Other than that everything was amazing. The host is very quick with responses to any questions or concerns. 10/10 we will be back! Also there are 2 raccoons that would visit us frequently, very friendly and wanting to be fed just be careful to not let them in!

Great quiet cabin

The cabin was very nice with a beautiful view from the porch. Nice and quiet, away from all the noise. The road on the way there is a little rough but as long as you drive slow there shouldnt be a problem.

Quiet get away

This beautiful cabin was the perfect 25th wedding anniversary week away. The cabin was beautiful perfect size, hot tub was amazing. We enjoyed just relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day. Close to Pigeon Forge and all the attractions. The cabin is located up a steep narrow road 4 wheel drive is a most especially if roads are wet. You will see wildlife including bears and raccoons so must stay alert. Would definitely stay here again.
