New construction going on, house under construction with a dumpster in the driveway next door. The "Lake View" is the far corner of a cove and water level too low to call it a lake. Floating docks belonging to other homes across from the property are on dry land and look like they have been for awhile. Warnings regarding low lake levels were online, so this was not surprising, but the photos of this property are deceptive. Cannot safely access water on foot to fish from the shore. Common spaces large with good light, but not enough couch seating for whole family. Front door knob was loose and broken inside. App says to notify within 2 hours of arrival but it took 4 days to get fixed. Back door sticks when opening and locking. Worker couldn't fix. Hot tub smells TERRIBLY of mildew. Smell lingers on bathing suits even after machine washing/drying. Patio around it very slippery when wet. Almost fell getting in and out. I didn't go back in. Wifi not secured. Network name/password never worked on any devices. Trash cans too small, no recycling or garbage disposal. Two showers for 11 people. Main primary bedroom has NO closet or hooks on walls. Other 2 bedroom balcony doors had no blinds. Top bunk rails dangerously even with mattresses in bunkroom. Bunk is blocking one whole window. Dresser in way of door in 2nd primary bedroom. Communication is most likely chat bot/AI. Doubtful that I was texting with actual humans. Would only recommend if safety/privacy issues corrected.
