Exceptional Cabin

This property was perfect for our family! Having a bathroom for each bedroom gave my husband and I, my (78 year old) mother, my 25 yr old son and my 28 yr old son/dauther-in-law the privacy we needed. The common areas (kitchen, living room, theater room and outdoor fire pit) were the perfect size for us to gather as well! We loved the outside tv with the hot tub…it added a special touch to our outdoor entertainment! We loved the location as well. The property was big enough that we felt that we had the privacy we desired yet we weren’t totally secluded. The wi-fo worked great and we had no issues with cell service (we use AT&T). Our host Joel was amazing to work with! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Spring Break Trip

My kids have been wanting to do TN for a few years & I decided to do something different with them, rather than booking a resort or hotel…. I’m so glad we made the decision to book this cabin! It was awesome for them! Everyone had their own room & bathroom. We utilized every amenity possible. It rained our entire stay, so we didn’t get to make our S’mores & grill. But our plan is to book again! Maybe in the next few months. Thank you for being great hosts!

Overall, the place was extremely clean. There was enough room for my family of four including our dog. There was plenty of grass area for our dog to do their business. The theater, fire pit, and fire place was an extra touch.

This property was just as described! Location was great! Close to lots of activities! Our family of 10 had plenty of room to spread out. Every family had their own bedroom and bathroom. Mother/Daughters weekend

If I could rate communication with owner higher than 5, I would without question. Not one single concern with the home. Not one. We did reach out with questions, and the response was immediate. I wish all VRBO experiences were this level. It’s the little things that make the biggest difference. Labeling remotes and light switches? Yes please. Video tutorials for how to use things? Great idea! Again, I wish all were to this level.

Beautiful home but…

The house was in a great location. Pricing of the home in the area is hard to beat. So affordable! House was beautiful and loved the setup BUT very minor inconveniences like no storage for clothes. No hangers or hooks in the bathrooms, some appliances needed replaced but we made them work. Wish the back deck was a little bigger but we enjoyed the hot tub. The stairs and floor going up to the stairs were not cleaned which is no fault of the owners but want them to know the cleaners are not cleaning that space in the home. Loved the fire pit setup! The theme was awesome and our children loved it. Loved the little game area and theatre room having children. Would definitely stay here again!

BI-annual motorcycle trip

We make a every 2 year plan to visit Gatlinburg and surrounding areas. We chose this property for easy access with 5 bikes and a trailer. It was easy to get to, we had everything we needed to cook and grill dinner and breakfast every day. We had a great time. Sorry we had to leave.

We had a lovely vacation in this beautiful cabin. Everything was as pictured and as described. The owners were pleasant to deal with and very on top of everything. One of our best VRBO rentals. Highly recommend.

Great experience!

We had a group of 8 adults and 2 children. Very clean and plenty of room for everyone. The beds were nice and we loved the showers. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need, even for the grill. It had a nice washing machine which was very handy. The tv by the hot tub was great and it was clean. Very nice fire pit in the back. Deck steps are pretty steep and no sitting room on the decks which we missed. It is in a neighborhood so no privacy but we were aware of that when we booked it. We had no issues with it. Plenty of space between houses. Owners kept in touch but we didn’t have any problems occur. Nice to know they were easy to reach though. Overall it was a beautiful cabin that was easy to get to. Thank you for a great place to stay on our family vacation! We love it there❤️

Family Retreat

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin, which has easy to access roads, close to everything but far enough away to be able to enjoy the peace of the mountains. Owners are wonderful and responsive. 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms was perfect for all the adult couples in our group. Every room basically had it's own bathroom.

Bootfoot Base Camp

We loved our stay at the Bigfoot Base camp! It was clean, spacious and fun. Each family had their own space but we enjoyed the common areas together ( Movie theater, game room and fire pit) Beautiful and quiet neighborhood with great views. Makes a Great Trip Even Better

This was the perfect place to relax after a long day of seeing the sights. Close enough to see all the sights but far enough away to escape the crowds and noise. The cabin was very clean and the hosts wonderful. We highly recommend booking for your next trip to the area.

Wonderful stay

Great stay! Cabin was clean and cozy. Plenty of room to spread out and lots to keep us busy on the rainy day including games and covered hot tub. It was close to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge and grocery stores were right down the street. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful Cabin

My family really enjoyed this beautiful cabin! Upon arrival I didn't see the entry code in my email, to get in the property, I contacted the Host and he responded promptly. He provided me with the code and I did receive the e-mail, two days before arrival, I just over looked it. Cabin was clean and look exactly had pictured. Plenty of towels, for showers and the jacuzzi, kitchen was fully stocked with every thing, I mean everything you would possibly need. The kitchen table, accommodated my entire party 6 adults 1 kid. This property is also pet friendly. A bathroom for every room which is a great bonus! The Theater room looked just like a mini theater. The arcade games my Husband loved enjoyed playing with lil one. We enjoyed the fire pit for roasting s'mores and the hot tub was amazing, you can enjoy a movie while relaxing in the jacuzzi. ☺️ Our trip was short but amazing! I would definitely recommend booking this cabin!

We meet 3 other couples that we only see once a year. Everything was perfect. The location was great for being close to everything to shop and eat but out enough to have peace and quiet. We all enjoyed the house with everyone having their own bath and beds

This home was beautiful and very clean! It had just the right amenities and everything you would need to stay for an extended period of time. The owner was very responsive and quick to get back to us about our questions. The owner also checked in on us while we were there through the inbox. We would definitely stay at this place again! Great stay at Bigfoot Base camp!

We had an amazing stay celebrating the upcoming nuptials of my sister and her fiancé! The cabin was gorgeous, brand new and modern! We were close to all the amenities the Smoky Mountains has to offer but we were far enough from the bustle of the city to be able to enjoy peaceful evenings by the bonfire. 10/10 would recommend Joel and Bigfoot Base camp for your next trip to Tennessee!!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. What a beautiful cabin. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The kids made good use of the arcade, ok you caught me, the adults did too! The theater room serves us well for movie nights. Joel was fast to respond to any questions we had. This was a great place for us, 3 adults and 4 kids. Plenty to do while we were in and not a far drive when we ventured out.

Beautiful Bigfoot base camp

What a great cabin. Very clean, fully stocked with kitchen utensils and the hot tub was amazing. Easy to get to from the road. Very organized host and very easy to communicate with. The family loved the Bigfoot themed decor and my daughter even logged a Bigfoot sighting in the log booked provided by the host. 🙂 I highly recommend the Bigfoot base camp.
