We stayed for a week. The cabin is cute and cozy, but be aware the pictures on the listing make it look much larger and brighter inside than it actually is. It was quiet and close to town about 15 minute drive. Beautifully decorated. The check in process was super easy.
The cons I have would be sometimes there was a sewer smell which Iâm assuming is due to septic but it was off putting at times. The dishwasher leaked onto the floor which I reported to the property manager. Overall, was a decent stay.
Over all stay was a decent stay . Was a little farther away than I like but that was ok. Cleanliness was fine except the comforter had a lot of dog hair on it so we pulled it off immediately. Hot tub was dirty and really noisy at night . Bed was a little to hard for me but I have a bad back . Overall a decent stay .
Itâs was a awesome little cabin for my wife, myself and my 2 lab. It was off the main highway but only minutes from the parkway ! Only issue was the neighbors were loud and could hearing everything they were doing til 3am
Had trouble with the lock/door code
Called the number and let us in quick
Wine glasses still had wine and lipstick stains on them. Other than this, awesome stay!
We really enjoyed our stay in Heaven in the Pines the week of Christmas. It is a quiet private romantic little cabin. The property manager was great with communicating with us. We had a couple short power outages due to high winds. I think we might have been out about 5-10 minutes total. I was able to immediately contact them and they had assured us that the power company knew about it and would have it back asap. My husband was already grilling outside so he just kept grilling and we had our food. The weather that week was very cold so we kept the faucets dripping to keep the pipes from freezing. But the hot tub was amazing. It was so nice and hot we enjoyed it even in the cold temps. I did bring some Christmas lights and a few small decorations with us. If you come for Christmas and want decorations, bring some. I did not expect them to decorate the cabin. We brought extra kitchen supplies (paper plates, paper towels and cooking oil and food) although they provided some starter supplies. They had the kitchen stocked enough with pans and utensils. We enjoyed the smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. We were surprised there are two bathrooms, but we mainly only used one. We ordered pizza from a nearby place I think it was the Stonehouse. Wow! it was so good! There is a grocery store not too far and a Dollar Genera store. We looked at the lights in Pigeon Forge one night and we spent one magical snowy day in Cades Cove in the Smokies. We had under an inch of snow while we were there. I was a little worried we might get snowed in as the road to the cabin is a little narrow and windy. But it was pretty much gone the next day. I would recommend this cabin. It was a very nice vacation.
