The hosts were really nice and the stay was amazing!
The property is located in a beautiful place, just 20mins yes away from the national park.
If I come to the smoky mountains again, Iâll be sure to stay at their place!
Wonderfully peaceful, beautiful and historic home.
We loved the beauty, history and peace that permeates this large home and property! And, what a wonderful porch and scenery to enjoy on every side of the house. Our hosts were attentive to our every need! We are fans and would enjoy a return visit!
I loved staying here! Lonnie and Syresa couldnât have been more kind and helpful! The accommodations were so lovely! The continental breakfast was complete and delicious. I guess my only request would be more space to set toiletries in the bathroom. Thank you for a terrific place to stay!
The entire experience from Lonny meeting us at the door; to Syresa cooking us a hot breakfast and chatting with us over coffee on the way out was wonderful.
The property is picturesque and oozes southern charm the moment you see it on the drive in. It was tucked away just enough to be in an intimate mountain country setting. Complete with a gorgeous barn, small cabin, wooden bridges, and a bubbling stream. Very short drive to The island at pigeon forge, Dollywood, and everything Gatlinburg. I took a drive to cades cove which had breathtaking views, and saw my first bear, six actually. I highly recommend taking some of the hikes in the area. Both Grotto Falls, and Baskin Creek had awesome waterfalls.
The area, hosts, and home couldnât have been more perfect. Would highly recommend!!!!
Our stay was perfect. The property is clean and beautiful. It has a peaceful, secluded feel, but it is conveniently located to area attractions. The hosts are warm and welcoming. We went as guests and left as friends.
We enjoyed our stay immensely!
Lonnie and Syresa were warm and welcoming and went out of their way to make sure our needs were met!
I highly recommend this amazing place to anyone looking for a great experience!!!
Check in time was either 6:30pm or 10:00 pm.
Could not connect to internet, or get the TV to work,
Only one towel in the bathroom.
I know the house was old, but hearing animal scratching in the walls at night, was most undesirable.
Breakfast was a make it yourself, not a fan. That is the whole reason for saying at a bed and breakfast.
We left the next morning and paid more than we should have for a hotel room in another location.
Like staying with friends we hadn't met yet, the host and hostess were very kind and considerate. The property is amazing with many features to explore. I like to take pictures and there was a great shot at every turn. For a historic building, it was VERY quiet until you stepped outside and heard the brook bubbling nearby. We loved it!
We enjoyed our stay at the farm. One can feel the history in this place. It reminds us of our own farm near Athens, Ga. Our hosts were friendly and personable. We will definitely come back again.
Seaton Springs Farm is a beautiful place in a beautiful setting, the perfect place to celebrate our 40th anniversary. A historic home with a wide wrap-around porch, where we ate breakfast and enjoyed the evenings, plus a massive cantilevered barn, chickens, and spring-fed brook made our little getaway such a pleasure. Lonnie and Syresa Rowland couldn't have been more hospitable hosts. We hope to return soon.
This place is in the country. Itâs very quiet and so peaceful! The owners were super nice and very good to communicate with. Weâll definitely be back!!
We had a wonderful time during our stay. Lonnie and Syresa were wonderful hosts and the property was beautiful. It was also conveniently located so we were able to explore Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg with no problem. We will definitely be coming back!
