Firstly, the clogged drains in both bathrooms were a significant inconvenience. I had to manually clean out hair and debris in order to get the showers to drain properly, which was far from the comfortable and hassle-free experience I had anticipated. Additionally, the presence of smears and handprints on the windows, as well as the lack of cleanliness on the floors and carpets, left me with a less than satisfactory impression of the property's maintenance.
In one particular bedroom, I found blonde hair on the pool table and covering various surfaces, including countertops and bedding. This not only raised concerns about cleanliness but also made me question the thoroughness of the property's cleaning procedures. Cobwebs on bathroom light fixtures further added to the impression that the property had not been adequately prepared for guests.
The condition of the hot tub was another disappointment. The water had visible white debris floating in it, and it felt "slimy" to the touch, as if there were lotions or oils in the water. This made it difficult for me to enjoy what should have been a relaxing amenity.
Finally, during the last two days of my visit, one of the TVs in the property would not turn on, which affected my ability to unwind and enjoy some downtime.
I believe that providing honest feedback is essential for the improvement of your property and the satisfaction of future guests. While I understand that issues can arise, I hope you will take my concerns seriously
