The cabin was conveniently located. There's plenty of space to relax and enjoy the amenities. The hot tub was broken during our entire stay, so that was disappointing. Bathrooms and bedding were clean. The floors were dirty and looked like they hadn't been vacuumed. Overall, the cabin fit our needs, but between cleanliness and the broken hot tub, we'd likely not choose to stay again.

Host had messaged making sure everything was working for our stay and there was a lot of room for parking which was so nice when you have a truck. Very nice clean place. I will say the upstairs was really warm to the point we were sweating which was weird when we couldn’t have the AC lower than 68 and it was still very warm at 68.

We had a very good time at TOT. Our grandkids loved the pool, hot tub and game room.We had a few issues during our stay but the property team responded very timely and followed up on these issues. I was impressed with the customer service.Overall a great family vacation

Spring break 2025

The cabin was spacious for 8 people. The basement bedroom got very warm and made it unable to use. The AC didn’t work to keep the basement cool with the pool and laundry being there, so we were not able to use the 2 beds. We had to have people sleep on the couches on the main floor. It got better once the temperature outside cooled off. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Cabin

The cabin is huge has one bedroom and a bathroom on the level floor kitchen and living room, upstairs you’ll find 2 huge beds and a sofa and a huge private bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom, so when you going to the bottom floor there’s a nice pool a game room another bedroom and a bath laundry and balcony Everything is very nice and cozy communication is excellent thanks for let us have a such great time

Excellent Experience

I rely on reviews heavily when I am booking a VRBO so I want to address the things that I look for in a property! #1: Safety: This was a great location. I felt very safe and it was a family atmosphere with other cabins next to us. There was no one being loud or partying going on. We loved the area. We felt safe to go on evening walks and spend time outside. #2: Location: We were about 12 minutes away from any store. You are not at the top of the mountain but in the middle. Perfect distance if you want a bit of a view but also not in the middle of nowhere. #3: We loved our experience at the cabin. Check in/check out was easy, communicated with the property owners easily, VERY clean (don't listen to others reviews about it being dirty...definitely not an issue). We had a few minor issues like batteries in the remote being dead etc and the place actually sent us some Crumbl Cookies for our inconvenience. That was unexpected and unnecessary but they REALLY do care that you have a great experience. We also couldn't find the board games and when we came home one day there was a sack full of brand new board games on the porch for the cabin!! #4: The pool was small for teenagers but we brought an inflatable volleyball net and they had a blast in the pool!! They felt like they had their own little party cove in the basement with the game room,etc. They loved it! Great place, great owners who really care that you have a good time! Would stay there again!!

Best cabin ever!

Extremely clean, comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked, all the jets worked on the hot tub, excellent location, very nice pool on the property. We will stay there again.

Short summer getaway

Overall, we had a nice stay. Communication was excellent and responses were prompt. The house has been well used and it shows. There are several areas that could use a refresh. For example, in the pool room there appears to be mold on the ceiling and next to the stairs into the pool, the paint has been stripped away. I am sure it’s difficult to prevent the mold in a room as humid as that. Parking is easy so that was a plus. My son loved the bunk beds upstairs but they could use a little WD40. Honestly though, these were minor things and they didn’t make our stay any less enjoyable. The cabin is about 15 mins from Pigeon Forge and 20-25 from Dollywood. Hope this review helps! We would stay here again.

Birthday/family vacation

Our stay was enjoyable. We had lots of laughs and made lots of memories. There were a few things that should be addressed within the cabin itself. We did a family dinner night used the grill, which if my husband hadn't checked the grease trap a fire more then likely would have started. He did clean it out. Bed on the main floor is like sleeping on concrete. Arcade game in the basement area didn't work. Pool area did have mold on the ceiling. We found chewing gum in the pool. And our toddler found trash under the end table on the main level. If you are someone who likes to sleep in the dark don't sleep in main floor room the shades are not big enough for the windows and porch light goes on and off all night long. Curtains would be a good investment. There also was no shower liner which made water come out of the showers onto the floors. Out of 3 showers only 1 had a liner. Did really appreciate the happy birthday card and balloons :) Enjoyed our time even with the issues of the cabin.

Got problems

It needs work. I didn't complain because we weren't there but 4 days but the ceiling from upper level leaked into main bathroom from celling. The pool also had a leak and would lose water. There were floor issues from the water from pool and hot tub. If I'd have paid more than I did... I would want some of my $ back.

Fabulous

The cabin was just perfect!! Our ages ranged from 8mo to 62yrs and there was something for all to enjoy. Our grandchildren especially loved the pool (5 stars for that for sure). The kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed to prepare great breakfast and dinners. Toiletries well stocked also. Plenty of bath and pool towels. Game room was a big hit for all of us. Over all just perfect. Will definitely book again.
