Our stay was fantastic & will return & recommend! We gave this a 4 star review only because of a multitude of maintenance type items that need attention, had there not been as many maintenance items, hands down a 5star review! Upon arrival, we had been told we could check in on time, the house had not yet been cleaned. Communication w/ host was very professional & prompt. Host had cleaning crew there immediately & they were efficient & very polite. Overall house was very clean. There were zero cobwebs, windows were all pretty spotless (except for front door glass), and zero dust. It appears the house is very well cleaned on a regular basis. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, pots, pans, and other items needed to cook meals. However, several of the pans are fairly greasy and or in need of replacing. The dishwasher doesnât appear to get hot enough or have the proper amount of time to cycle if dishes are washed on the 1hr cycle as instructions indicate, highly recommend running the full cycle as the dishes that were in there as well as many in cabinet had soap residue. Several lightbulbs out thru out the entire house. Shower in detached master leaks on floor behind the toilet & appears to be missing grout in the corners. Pool: very clean, & cleaned 2x/wk (Mon & Thurs according to pool company who showed up around 12noon lol). Plenty of pool towels & outside seating, horseshoe pit needs sand. Theater room reclining chairs appear broken. Linens are basic, beds were all comfy!
