Music Row cabin is in a beautiful location, very clean, appropriately stocked, and most enjoyable. The magnificent fall colors added even more to the location. Maintenance and support personnel were extremely helpful and friendly both on the phone and when conversing with them when they were in the area doing tasks.
The only issue is with the directions given. We got turn around a bit and it may be helpful to give a starting location for the directions, such as coning south from Seiverville. Also mentioning that Bruce Ogle Way is dirt road on the left with no sign could be helpful especially if you are arriving after dark, it is very easy to miss.
The cabin is secluded from pigeon forge and is quiet but there are four cabins in a row without trees or anything between each cabins. Check aerial view pictures in the listing, the cabins are closer than they look in the picture. Our upstairs bed was clearly visible to the next cabinâs living room through the high ceiling clear glass. The hot tub needed a lil cleaning and we didnât use it because there are no privacy walls around the hot tub and hot tub was in very close proximity to next cabinâs main entrance. Also, the water was really nasty smelling, not sure if itâs a well water or something else but our neighbors also chatted with us about the water being so smelly. We used water bottles for drinking and brushing and only used cabin water for bathing. The cabin also doesnât provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc.
The manager was good in communication. Cabin was decorated well and was clean otherwise. If you plan to spend your time outside only and just utilize cabin for sleeping then this is a good choice.
The property was gorgeous, as was the location. As expected in the woods, cell service was zero and WiFi was intermittent, so it was a great opportunity to âunplugâ. A lovely getaway!!
We had a wonderful time. The cabin was clean and looked just like in the pictures. Everything worked well...except for the WiFi. We alerted them that we were unable to place calls the first night and it was immediately fixed (still spotty but worked).
We had everything we needed including more than enough towels, and small things like coffee filters and salt and pepper. We loved our time away!
This was a great cabin! I think with a few little additions, it could be even better.
Interior
There needs to be some sort of curtain or blinds on the sliding door that lead out to the deck. You really can't walk around freely in there without worrying that someone can see right in the front of the house. There also needs to be some sort of blind or curtain on the window above the bathtub in the master. It lets a lot of light in, and if you're looking to sleep in on a nice weekend getaway that really doesn't help. There needs to be some sort of additional filtration on the water. The smell is quite bad at times. Especially, in the main level bathroom and when filling the tub.
Exterior
There needs to be a gate on the deck by the hot tub. We had a raccoon and possum on the deck. This could have easily been a bear. Kind of makes you a little uneasy when trying to relax in the hot tub. It would also make sense to put some sort of motion light on the backside of the cabin.
Otherwise, great place to stay and very quiet back in that little valley.
This place was fabulous, very clean, located perfectly out of town but still close. Quiet beautiful place, loved the lay out. Communication with the host was awesome, hot tub was great. Will đŻ come back and stay again
Beautiful cabin, quit, close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Only complaint is that it showed a gas grill in one the pictures, and there was only a charcoal grill and we didnât know we had bring our own charcoal. Also the water smelled like rotten eggs, and dirt and grime came out the jacuzzi tub jets in the master bathroom.
Music Row is exactly as charming as it looks in the listing. The size was perfect for three people traveling solo but could have accommodated three couples. The wood cabin and music themed decor was precisely what we were looking for in a visit to the area and Dollywood. The hot tub next to the trees was a special bonus. The communication was spot on -- we even received a personal call the day of check in and check out. I especially want to highlight how clean everything was. I donât think I have ever stayed in a rental cabin that was this well kept. All in all, a perfect accommodation for our long-awaited college friends reunion.
The cabin was great and roomy for just the two of us. Only suggestion would be to either put up a curtain or window tint on the patio door for privacy. Every time we sat on the couch to watch t.v it felt like we were on display for the cabin across the road or anyone driving by. Other than that, it was far enough from town that it was peaceful.
The only issue we had was that our code didnât work when we arrived. That was resolved pretty quickly though. The cabin was beautiful and we really enjoyed our time there. Weâd definitely recommend to others.
The location and amenities were fantastic! No climbing big hills or walking/driving steep driveways. The Cabin was awesome. Newer appliances, newer cabins over all that don't disappoint. If you're going on vacation here and expect to be able to use your phone a lot, forget about it. The wifi is okay, but we were completely content with limited service. Make sure you pay close attention to the directions on the bottom of your welcome email as GPS does not have this location correct. The location is not a long drive to any of the local attractions either. I would give this spot a 10 if I could! We will definitely stay again.
We absolutely loved staying in Music Row. The house was clean and furnished very nicely! We loved the amenity of the hot tub! Others have commented on the water smell, and although we could mildly smell it, it was not bothersome at all. My only two comments that may help, 1- A full length mirror would be a great addition! 2- and something that may help future guests- make sure your cellphone carrier allows you to use Wi-Fi calling since there is little cell phone service in the area. Mine didnât which was a great excuse for me to stay disconnected but just in case someone else runs Into it. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home! Plus, one of my lifelong friends unexpected stayed in the cabin next door! It was awesome!
The cabin itself was amazing. We spotted a few roaches/spiderwebs. Great family getaway
The process was easy. The cabin is beautiful. They were responsive. The children enjoyed themselves, makes us happy as parents. Besides the no cellphone signal, poor WiFi, a couple of roaches and spiderwebs, great family getaway. I love the area, beautiful fire pit. Please for the fee that is charged per rental, the cabin should have been immaculate in my opinion. Thx for a great experience
The cabin was in a great location! However, I did wish a few things had been different. For instance, the cleaning fee we paid I expected the place to be spotless. It had a few roaches. Our water smelt horrible our entire stay which made baths and washing clothes a hard task. Also, it drove me nuts that no curtains were in the living room window/doors because the area faced out to the other cabins. I enjoyed the hot tub with the lights. It was also listed as a 3 bathroom and it was not. It was only 2 which was fine since there was only 3 of us. Loved the location of the cabin, was super close to town. Was a mixed experience for us
