Looks nothing like the photos!! Property is completely overgrown and neglected. The steps to the front door are a definite safety issue, railings and steps are loose, treads are so worn they are slippery. Hot tub lid broken and on the floor beside it making the screened in porch unbearable to use. Cabin could be really nice but overall seems to be neglected. Not cleaned as it should be, found food from previous guests in the chairs and under the beds, all dishes were dirty when we tried to use them, dust was everywhere. The drawer pulls were loose in kitchen, old small appliances, pots, dishes etc. in the kitchen. No words left on the buttons on the coffee pot, had to try to google the type to know which button turned it on, you can get a new one for like 20. Living room furniture cheap and uncomfortable, not in good shape. Beds were comfortable and all king beds so that was a bonus. Was only about 15-20 minutes to everything too so that was a plus.

5 Stars – Clean, Cozy, and Everything We Needed!Our group of four adults one teen had a fantastic stay at this 3-bedroom cabin. The home was spotless! One of the cleanest rentals we’ve stayed in, and you could tell it’s well cared for. It was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip.We really appreciated the little things: plenty of towels, good water pressure in the showers, and extra blankets that came in handy during cooler evenings. The beds were comfy, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out.The pool table and ping pong table gave us lots to do in the evenings, and the hot tub was the perfect way to wind down. The host was excellent, friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish.Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a clean, peaceful cabin with all the comforts of home!

Good, but not great

Overall, it's a really cute place. Pros: location, tons of blankets for lounging, cleanliness of house in general. Cons: no basic seasonings like salt/pepper, no cleaning products for kitchen, cookware was sparse, questionable cleanliness of hot tub and there's no view since it's all grown in around the house.

Relaxing Retreat

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this cabin. The beds were very comfortable. Some nights we cooked, others we ordered in, which was great to have that option at this location. We travel with our pups everywhere, so being pet-friendly was a must. It was a perfect getaway for our whole crew. Highly recommend!

We loved the location because it was far enough away from all the tourism but close enough to enjoy what we wanted to do. The cabin was great with a pool table/ping pong table, a hot tub, screened in porch, tv's to watch March Madness games, and space to hang out. Two things that might make us reconsider staying there again was that no one actually lives or stay there long term and there was no outdoor useable space. The kitchen was poorly stocked with old, used utensils and pans, no storage space for food, and no space for clothes in the master bedroom. There are trees very close to the house and the entire driveway is on a steep slope. They show corn hole boards in the photos but there's no place to actually use them.

Great Stay!

Great place to stay! I loved the kitchen window having direct access to the hot tub/back porch so my kiddos could be in it while i made dinner, very easy to keep an eye on them. Family enjoyed the pool table and ping pong as well! All king sized beds and very comfortable. Great family stay! Everything we needed and more.

Wonderful accommodations. Hot tub was fantastic and cabin was exactly as described. Appears to be too far out but only 15 minutes gets you almost anywhere in pigeon forge. We had a great time and got a lot of rest. We will be headed back there again. Great memories. Thank you

Family restoration

What you see is what you experience. Lovely spacious family home in the woods of the Smoky Mountains. Conveniently located to so many activities and outdoor natural spaces while also feeling separate and protected from noise and study life. The air, the stars and the colors were exquisite.. The home provides a family with all the necessities for cooking, relaxing, playing, and being in nature. The home is well taken care of and allows a lot of sunshine and light in. It is obvious the homeowners love their home and love, allowing other people to experience it’s tenderness and beauty. Definitely would go back.

Perfect Family Vacation Cabin

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin nestled in the woods. The pool/ping pong table provided great entertainment for our grandkids. Bedrooms on different floors provided extra privacy. The covered porch and rocking chairs were enjoyed by all and provided space to roam for our puppy. Best of all, the cabin was conveniently located and the host kept us well-informed making check-in and out super easy. We've stayed at many VRBO's but never had a host so gracious and attentive as David!

Beautiful secluded cabin!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cabin. Very clean and not far from Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Nice having the 3 bedrooms; 1 on each level with bathrooms. Host was quick to respond with answers to any questions. Would definitely stay again if in that area.

Just as described


The house was just as described. We were there for our son’s destination wedding and it was plenty suitable for what we needed. The screened in back deck was a nice touch. Only complaints would be outdoor stairs could use some repairs and though the kitchen has the necessities and small appliances it felt like the bare minimum compared to many other places we’ve stayed. Overall A OK.

Great cabin for family or a group

Cabin was clean and nicely decorated. Host sent timely communication. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and watching movies in the main room together. We also enjoyed walking up the hill on Rondayview Lane to capture nice views of the Smoky Mountains. Location is great for visiting Knoxville as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Thank you!

Secluded cabin but a short drive to attractions

This cabin was exactly as advertised. The hot tub and pool table were big hits with us. It is secluded from any neighbors. We had plenty of privacy but also just a relatively short drive to local attractions. Walmart delivers! Host was very responsive and had great communication. Thanks, y’all!!
