Bed bugs galore when we realized what was eating us alive and sent video and picture evidence as well as having to leave all of our belongings including luggage behind to protect our vehicles and homes we were offered a 30% discount. He said he had to wait for the exterminator to verify before even offering that. We paid almost 3000 to stay 4 nights over Thanksgiving and were refunded 535. A true nightmare!!!

Great Vacation

We chose this cabin because of the game room and ability to sleep 8. It was my husband and I, along with our 3 kids (19, 12, 10) and 2 nephews (20, 17). We just wanted a quick relaxing weekend away. Justin was in touch the entire time and was prompt to answer. Previous guests had broken a few things (SNES cord and Foosball table leg) and I reached out so Justin knew. He offered to have them fixed immediately, but it wasn’t a big deal to us and we told him it could wait. He ensured our comfort and satisfaction. The cabin is beautiful and well stocked. It was very clean comfortable. I especially appreciated seeing the children’s plastic cups and plates alongside the other plates and cups. We travel a lot and I remember when my kids were smaller this was a big deal when everything was fancy or glass. This cabin is very family friendly. We had a great time and have saved it to our “Would book again” list.

Bourbon Bear cabin, a perfect getaway

This cabin is exactly as represented in photos and description. Perfect for a family with kids. Very well equipped with excellent response from the owners as needed. The game room with the bunkbeds was a real hit for the family and the kids age 9 and 11. I can’t say enough about the location on the mountain. 15 minutes from everywhere you would want to go but your own quiet getaway when your daily activities are over.!

The cabin was beautiful, we had plenty of space and fun things to do. We absolutely loved soaking in the hot tub, and with how it’s situated on the porch it feels like you’re up in the trees. We will definitely return again.

Quick road trip

My daughter and I decided on a quick road trip and loved our stay. The place was very clean and the owners very responsive to our needs. The cabin is cozy and tucked away. A great escape from the hustle and bustle of the tourist activities. Just close enough with a 15 minute drive to both pigeon forge and gatlinburg.

Wonderful Stay in the Smokies

We arrived to a clean cabin in the mountains for our week of fun in the Gatlinburg /Pigeon forge area. Check-in was very easy, and accessing all the features of the cabin was self-explanatory. The scenery and drive there were unparalleled. The house offered everything we needed for our week at Dollywood and hiking in the mountains. We especially enjoyed the game room, which provided multiple hours of family fun. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice vacation rental

We really enjoyed our time at this cabin. Only issues were not receiving the gate code prior to arrival. We had to call the owners from the entrance in order to be let in. The other issue was a lack of towels and washcloths. The residence advertises max occupancy of 8, and 8 is exactly what they provide. For a family using the hot tub and showers, we were constantly washing and reusing the same towels. My advice would be for renters to either bring extra towels & washcloths, or for the owners to provide some extras. House was clean, sheets were changed. Bed spreads smelled musty and could be cleaned more often. Kids enjoyed the air hockey and video games!

Vacation with Toddler

We enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival our toddler kept saying it was “amazing” she loved the games upstairs and the hot tub. It is located in a nice area covered in trees. Other houses are nearby but not too close. The house is near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge!

Great Spring Break Getaway

Disappointing stay due to heating issues

My recent stay at Justin Anderson's property in Sevierville, TN, was highly unsatisfactory and fell far short of the expectations set by the property description. The primary issues included severe heating problems, unsanitary conditions, and a lack of responsiveness from the host.1. **Heating Issues**: The cabin was unbearably cold, with the heating system set to a low 50 degrees, inadequate for the freezing outdoor temperatures. Both fireplaces were dysfunctional—the downstairs fireplace emitted no heat due to closed vents, and the outdated upstairs fireplace lacked instructions and failed to warm the bedroom effectively.2. **Lack of Assistance**: Despite reporting the heating problems, the host did not send a technician as promised, leaving us without a resolution.3. **Unsanitary Conditions**: We discovered dried blood on the bed sheets in the main bedroom and other areas, which was unacceptable and raised serious hygiene concerns.4. **Thermostat Control**: The thermostat could only be controlled remotely via an app, adding unnecessary frustration and making the property even less livable.Due to these unresolved issues, we were forced to cut our stay short. The host's failure to address our concerns made the experience deeply disappointing and uncomfortable.

Daughters 13th birthday trip

We booked this beautiful cabin for my daughter’s 13th bday! She and her friend loved it. Lovely location fairly close to activities and shops. The hot tube was their favorite thing to do at the cabin. The host communicated quickly if I had any questions. We also used this opportunity to make some great content for our marketing company! Great cabin!

We actually got snowed in while we stayed at this cabin but it ended up being okay. All of my kids ranging from 10-16 never was bored with everything you could do in the cabin and I enjoyed the scenery. Definitely would stay again.

Family Vacation

This was our first vacation with our children where we stayed somewhere besides a hotel for a night. We had high expectations and those were not let down. We spent most of our time at the cabin and enjoyed the views and all the extra amenities. Thank you for having us!
