The location and roads to the cabin were great. The host was very responsive when we reached out with plumbing issues on day #1. Unfortunately, the cabin needs some TLC and the water was almost unbearable. I am not sure if they have a water system or it was a random issue, but the water smelled awful (my guess is sulfur because it smelled like rotten eggs). We could not wash a dish without the main room smelling. The floor by the window with the AC unit is barely hanging on - the tiles are not attached to the floor and it is VERY soft underneath. We chose not to walk on that portion of the floor because it didn't feel safe. The couch has obviously been broken and "repaired" - you could sit on one end and feel like you were leaning forward or you could sit on the other end that felt like you were sitting on a rock. The coffee table is one strong wind away from collapse. We did not reach out for all of these issues because there are not issues that could be remedied quickly and we also did not want to move to another location. While not ideal conditions for a mountain getaway, we just figured it out. I also would not call the cabin "clean" when we arrived - there was candy on the floor, we had to sweep broken glass off of the deck and most of the dishes needing washing before use. I had more to say but am out of characters to complete my review. I would not stay here again or recommend to anyone. It needs some attention to be as advertised.
