I absolutely loved staying in that cabin. It was cozy peaceful, extremely clean and well kept. The area was nice and quiet. So nice and relaxing. I can't wait to go back again. The host was wonderful. If I had any questions she was right there. Just everything about the cabin property and the host absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much for making my stay that much more special.
We took a brief trip to the area and were able to book easily online. The property was nicely located near a Publix and a Kroger so we could purchase a few groceries. The cabin is adorable and is decorated with a black bear theme. The size is just right for 2 people and 2 dogs. The living room/dining room/kitchen area was nicely furnished and the hosts made sure all the essentials were on hand (pots, cutlery, linens, soap and shampoo). It was a bit too cold to use the hot tub on the outside porch. There is a gas fireplace which is on a timer. We only needed it for a few minutes at a time to take the chill off. The bedroom suite is very cute with a queen bed and more black bear decor. Our only negatives were that we prefer a harder less bouncy mattress and that the jets in the jacuzzi spray everywhere. Shower is nice and hot and there is good water pressure. Because we stayed midweek, the neighborhood was very quiet. There is plenty of space to walk out dogs. Since the property is in Sevierville the area is much less crowded than Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Would recommend the Dreamy Getaway.
Had a great time and the cabin was perfect for my spouce and two dogs. Its nestled just on the outskirts of pigeon forge. But close enough to get to everything in a reasonable amount of time.
We chose this cabin for its location and to be able to get some rest and relaxation. This cabin does not disappoint. Itâs in a quiet intimate property. Iâd definitely book this cabin again when planning to come back. Close to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and Sevierville. Not too far from Knoxville and the Lost Sea in Sweetwater (an absolute must see cavern and boat ride in the cave). Sandy was a great host. Thank you for a lovely quiet cabin in the woods. It was a great vacation.
This cabin was perfect for 2. It was private clean and comfortable. I really wanted to book it for next year but there was no spots. Thatâs how much me and my husband enjoyed our stay.
The cabin was amazing. So many bear decorations to count. It seems to be a game everyone plays. The porch was nice to sit and swing. Will definitely stay again.
My husband and myself stayed at this amazing little cabin for 4 nights and absolutely our favorite stay ever. It was very clean and smelled of cedar when we arrived and that was a very nice touch. The area was quiet and relaxing. We had Ana amazing time and it was close to everything you would need . I give his Cabin and Patti a five stars for the hospitality and comfort levels this vacation allowed us to enjoy . Thank you so much for this , Patti , you were amazing with anything we needed to ask .
Overall it was a VERY average experience. There were good things about the cabin like the location and the amount of cookware. Also the proximity to things to do in town was nice. However there were quite a few downfalls about this property. The cabin is very poorly lit, has a very dark tone and feel to it. Also the screened in front porch where the hot tub is located has little to no lighting, the pictures of the lighting inside of the cabin are misleading. We had to go and purchase our own light in order to hang out on the porch at night. Turns out the ceiling light fixture on the porch is not hooked up per the owners words. The pictures make it seem like it is larger and more secluded than it truly is, these cabins are pretty close together. Also the carbon monoxide detector was dying, making an awful noise and my husband eventually took it apart until the end of our stay. We also caught a strong whiff of urine in the cabin many times by the entry way and dining table. And lastly there is barely any room to put your clothes, bags and other belongings. There is one small closet that was already halfway filled with things and when searching for somewhere else to put our things we discovered the only other place (under the bed) which was completely packed with Christmas decorations as if there werenât already enough throughout the cabin in the middle of summer.
This was the most amazing Anniversary that we have had. We celebrated our 14th anniversary up here. The cabin was just what the descriptions said. It was very peaceful n quiet and throughly enjoyed the back porch. Mrs.Patti was a great host she answered all of my questions that I had. I would recommend this cabin to anyone. We are looking forward in going back soon.
Everything was perfect about this place , very clean, cozy and nice . Love how the hot tub is inside the screened area that was the favorite part of our stay. Would definitely go back
Everything about the cabin was great! It was hard to get out of that bed each morning, it was so comfy. The deck with the grill, the hot tub, I could go on and on about this cabin. It's close enough to the bustling Gatlinburg for a day trip but also far enough away to enjoy complete peace and quiet at night. We are already planning our next visit.
Celebrating our anniversary. Mooseberry is close to everything, yet feels secluded. We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was exactly as described and super clean. In fact, my wife and I were really impressed with just how clean it was... inside and out. The hot tub was perfect - crystal clear water. Every communication with the host was promptly answered and check-in was a breeze. Would highly recommend and would return if ever in the area again. Thanks again Patti!
We enjoyed staying in this well-equipped and cozy cabin. We loved the decor as well. The location was great as it only took "minutes" to get to where we wanted to be. We stayed pretty busy on our vacation this year, so we didn't get to use the hot-tub or the very nice sized garden bath-tub. But maybe next time we stay there.
We had another great stay here at Mooseberry. It's the perfect cabin in the best location. Close to the Smokies but away from the congestion of Pigeon Forge.
